All PHs love their fandoms but at a point the fandoms have to be told where to draw the line. You might think its rude and all that jazz. But this is what they call being STRAIGHT-FORWARD.

They are making the show and trying to tell you a story. If you breathe down their necks , they too have to put up their lines of defence. Just to stop fans from turning into FANATICS.

Whoever runs this forum needs a class in etiquette. It reeks of arrogance and rudeness to the fans of a show. Here in lies the difference between the west and India when it comes to how to treat your fans. NEVER in all my years as a fan of Eastenders or Coronation Street did ANYONE receive such a rude response. The same can be said by ABC and the producers of All My Children and many other shows. These production companies and writers LISTENED to their fans; they cared what they thought and felt. These writers were writing for an audience. Stories were adjusted and changed to suit the fans and were still a success. i am astounded at this "OK! Listen! And Listen Carefully!" style of language to the fans of the show. This authoritativeness style of scolding is totally unneeded and very rude.

I am so appalled at this tone of language that it makes me wonder the type of people who are involved in this production company.

If I was the writer here is what I would have said:

We here your concerns regarding your love and passion for AsYa and appreciate your enjoyment of the show. However, we assure you that whatever storyline we plan to give you has been developed with great thought in mind. We do appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration.

That (the response from Forum32) is not just how you speak to your fans but people in general.

Totally agree with you..
its just not the way to talk to your fans..i like your way of approach..hope that they soon apologize for their rudeness ..

Thank you - I think they have lot to learn about how to communicate with their fans. I could do a better job and for free.

That is all I have been trying to say, you put that across in a much simpler way LIKE ALWAYS.

Forum 32 needs to hire a PR advisor and fans need to just chill the hell out. People are harping and threatening over a hypothetical storyline that right now isn't even playing out on our screen. Overexcited fans need a lesson in respect and forum 32 unfortunately does too.

The best way to respond to school nonsense is o respond in a dignified manner to people who have been respectful and just ignore and ban the rude posters. They shouldn't have lashe out being professionals.

Did they pay you to say that? They should.

Hug for you too, sweetie.😳...Fans should continue with their feedback/critique but the moment it turns into a sea of assumptions and bashing , of course the PH gets riled up. Feelings are not private property of fandoms only. People behind the show are equally human and they can get equally frustrated. 😆

Exactly, just because they cater to us does not allow us to walk all over them and give them no respect. Its always give and take in both relations. Their reaction has come like this only because they were spoken to extremely rudely, accused of being biased and so on. Had that not happened I am sure they wouldn't have felt the need to put up a note.

They make a show, work so hard, interact with their fans most of the times, read every suggestion. Tell me one other PH that does so, but majority never appreciates that, but whenever there are complains and demands, no one waits to give it a thought before ranting it away on their site. They have a right to feel bad about it too.

The viewer has the right to criticize, suggest and demand, but name calling/bashing and insulting is really not how you do it. Their response to the ill mannered behavior there is extremely decent and totally called for.
