"Hum dono mein ek ankahee si, ansuni ek baat hai Zoya," Asad had said this to himself a few days ago.
Today, he said, "yeh ab meri mangetar hain. Mujhey ab haq hai ki main inhein kahin nahin jaane doon."
What a proposal! Never seen one like this before. No words, no lovey dovey sweet nothings, no pledges, no questions asked. It was all about the ankahee, ansunee baat between the two. Asad and Zoya don't need words to connect. In fact, words always hamper their relationship. It's the unsaid and unheard words that they both understand. As soon as she saw him standing at the airport, Zoya unleashed herself from the security line. Not even once did she wonder why he was there. She saw it in his eyes. Despite the harsh words he had just said to her at home, she knew why he was there. From a lifeless doll, she came back to life on seeing him. The initial sufi song in the Dargah had similar lines- "Sakhi piya ko jo main na dekhu, to kaise katun birha ki ratiyan."
Their angst and passion for each other didn't need any words, no yelling, no 'i love you' They struggled to free themselves of the security personnel; just to touch each other and be with each other. And then, as if destiny gave them a big hint, his ring fell out of his pocket. They both looked at the ring and then each other. In their hearts, they knew what that meant. Asad listened to his heart and slipped the ring into her finger- the place where it belonged. They exchanged vows in their hearts, their tears of joy reflected the state of their hearts. Neither said a word. I sincerely think that even if they deny it to the world, in their hearts they did get engaged to each other.
i always love reading your post bheegi..everytime u just nail it capturing right essence of episode.thats so true,True Love does not needs words,it speaks for itself.it does not follow the bechmarking of expression.same goes with ASYA,when they actually want to convey something to each other, they are always silently doing with their eyes so perfectly.everything was so perfect that moment.CV has doen wonderful job to keep use of words minimum or should i say no use of words at all.using of words actually could have ruined the essence.so after almost losing her forever he could make it to see her,and that happiness we could witness in his teary eyes.Finding him at airport screaming her name at public place, was shock for us and it would have been same for anyone else but our ZOYA knew it somewhere inside her that it will happen so she did not waste her time in thinking or questioning 'WHY',HOW'.she just could not hold herself back she just heard what his teary eyes saying to her not what his harsh words conveyed 2 hours ago on her face.
they are soulmates and no one can doubt that.actually they never needed words whenver they actually felt for each other.wether its time of pain, care and ofcourse love.they always know what other wants they always understand the unsaid words of each other.actually before exchanging rings, they have exchanged their hearts long back.thats why they truely feel and understand other's feeling but always fail to understand their own.as they are owning each other's hearts not theirs.
DB, a tender hearted man acknowledged their true love and again warned them about the 'girl' This time, Zoya, who had come to life once again, registered this 'girl' in her mind.
true.this time ZOYA must ponder over what DB said
Asad claimed his 'haq' and walked out with her from the airport.
This is what their love story is all about- the unspoken truth and the 'haq' on each other. Even though they fight and deny their emotions, they have this invisible bond called 'haq' between them.
he had to..but i wish just retains it forever and not just in his heart but in front of whole world.
It's this haq that Asad feels gives him the right on Zoya. He didn't have to ask her anything; he knew she would accept his silent proposal. It's with this 'haq' he feels the right to reprimand her, taunt her, push her away, be with her when she is upset, give her his shoulder to cry, get upset when she does something against his wishes, cry for her when she is not around and go berserk when he is about to lose her.
Subconsciously, even Zoya has given him this 'haq' That's why she ran to him as soon as she saw him. No questions asked again. Even she feels a right on him. That's why she barges into his room as and when she wants, that's why she wants to 'fix' everything in his life, that's why she wants to see him happy, that's why she wants to protect him and his family.
thats true actually.when you love someone you do not own anything even youself.u just give every right to that person whom you love.you do not need words, you do not need permission and you do not need formalities.
Love is strange. They say, set them free and they will come back if they are yours. Asad and Zoya don't follow that definition of love. They can't set each other free because they are not two people. As Victoria said, they are one unit. So, how could you set a part of a unit free? They have to stay together or the unit becomes dysfunctional and non functional.
Aisa hi hai inka pyaar...aisa hi hai ek doosre par haq.
some lines-
aaj mohabbat ko khud bayan karne do apni daastan,
aaj tere mere shabdo ki yaha koi jarurat nahi hai.
lavjo ka kya hai,kal peeche bhi hata lein kadam apne,
bas yaad rakhna vaado se mukrna meri nigaaho ki fidrat nahi hai
So, no matter what, no one can separate these two. Their essence is one and if broken, will cease to live.
Observations:
1. Go Badi B! What a slap! Much needed.
2. Ayaan praying for Humeira. Ayaan is finally thinking about someone else than himself.
3. DB's ominous comments: aapke pyaar par kisis ki buri nazar hai. Zoya is back now. She will find this 'buri nazar' and protect her love from this buri nazar waali girl
4. Loved, loved, loved Najma and Dilshaad's reaction to the engagement. We know they ship Asya.
4. Asad is denial mode- what's new? Zoya hai na. Sab theek kar degi :)😉
thats right.this time zoya has to take things in her hands...iss asad ke bharose rahe to naav dubni hai inke pyaar ki..ek hamari zoya hi paar laga sakti hai
