Zoya was behaving like a toddler and throwing a huge tantrum. Zoya knows that she can get away with it; - it comes with the confidence of knowing that she isnt really an unwanted guest anymore. It was a cute scene and Asad did look like a guilty, troubled hubby that moment!

Regarding Dilshad's little scene - Tum use rokoge; Main use jaane nahin doongi! etc...I had posted in the TKF after the episode that i did feel that this pressure-putting tactic was much on purpose. Dilshad may have noticed the changed equations between Asad and ZOya; Since she knows that her son is such a mule, asking him would definitely send him scampering in the other direction. So she tried this - ordering him to do something. She would have noticed that he didnt say a word or protest but quietly is trying to fix Zoya's visa issues... What a change it is!

Dilshaad can be adamant when she strongly feels for someone...remember Rashid's case?

Zoya's life is unfortunately going to be in danger once again... Tanveer will get desperate and try to kill her ...So yes, I think we are heading towards Mangalpur 2 - this time in front of the family 😊

Anyone who has dealt with kids, is I am sure very familiar with the term 'temper tantrums.'

There are two age groups of kids who throw the most tantrums: toddlers and teenagers.

Toddlers throw tantrums because they can't express themselves. If they are tired, hungry, sleepy or just upset because their parents are ignoring them, then they often go into a barrage of tantrums, screeching and yelling.

"I hate you!"

"You are the worst mom in the world."

"I want it'NOW!"

What does a parent do in such a situation? Ignore them, pacify them, give in or walk away? In different situations, different strategies work but what always works is showing the child that the parent is always there for them, they will love them unconditionally, hold them and kiss them but not necessarily give in or agree to all their demands.

When parents ask, "why does my child throw so many tantrums?"

Others/teachers usually reply, "Really? Your child is an angel at school. Perhaps he is very comfortable with you that's why he reserves the worst behavior for you."

Such is the case with Zoya and Dilshaad.

The toddler of the day award goes to none other than Ms Zoya Farooqui. Now that she knows Asad Ahmed Khan really wants her to stay, she knows she can throw tantrums around him, just like a kid would do in the comfort of their home. Just as a toddler can't express their real reason for the tantrum, Zoya can't either. She calls Asad 'bura,' 'emotionally challenged,' but in reality what she wants from him is a big bear hug and words, "Zoya'don't worry, main hoon na'sab theek kar doonga." If he says those magical words, she will stop screeching, howling and shedding crocodile tears just to get his attention.

Bechara Asad. He needs some parenting classes now. If he can just hold her in his arms, she will melt like a little girl. Recently, all her dreams have been of Asad holding her, wiping her tears and pacifying her. That's what she really wants- and wants it NOW!

So, Ms Zoya Farooqui, instead of accusing him of being emotionally challenged and unable to express himself; can you do that instead? Tell him, your real reason to stay is Asad and no one else, you want him to be there for you, he is your strength and no matter what, she would never leave his side. Guess what, your emotionally challenged man might just surprise you then.

Then we have teenage tantrums. Teenagers often throw tantrums because they know if they irritate their parents sufficiently, they will give in to their demands.

"I want a new iPod!"

"I want a new iPad!"

"Why can't I go out with my friends when everyone else can?"

"You are the worst mom!"

Dilshaad is the teenager of the day. Since she has found out that Zoya really doesn't want to go, she has taken it upon herself to make sure Zoya's desire is fulfilled and indirectly, her desire is fulfilled. She has always had a soft corner for Zoya and whether she sees a future daughter in law in her is still up in the air. But the fact remains that she adores Zoya like she were her own daughter.

I have a feeling she has also sensed that Asad wants Zoya to stay. The sudden change in her behavior makes me feel so. She has now thrust Asad with the responsibility of making it happen, just like a teenager gives an ultimatum to their parent- give me the latest iPad or I will throw a big tantrum.

Asad has always wanted to marry someone like his mother. Well, besides all the wonderful qualities these two ladies share, Asad mian they are the biggest tantrum queens. Are you ready for both of them? Bechara Asad. I think his only recourse is to marry Zoya now- kill two birds with one stone. It would be a win-win situation for all. Both the tantrum queens will calm down, and he will get the love of his life forever.

Symbolisms of the day:

1. I am sure you have heard of the story of 'the cat and two monkeys.' How the cat takes advantage of the two fighting monkeys and ends up eating all the bread. There was a scene today where Asad and Zoya were shown bickering in mute, while Tanveer stood between them in the background, planning her next move. The moral of the story is, if the monkeys unite and stop fighting over the piece of bread, the cat will have no recourse but to run away.

2. Zoya's life will be in danger soon? We saw a preview of ZOYA!!!! Even the thought of danger to her life, makes Asad go bonkers. So, will we have Mangalpur part 2 soon?

1. Zoya saying that she possibly could be dead in the next 48 hours and prompting Asad to scream "Zoya". I think you are bang on the money on this one, Zoya's life is definitely going to be in danger. Welcome back Mangalpurwala Asad...you have been missed.
2. Tanveer overhearing the Razia-Shireen exchange. I do feel this may be the beginning of a change of plan for Tanveer. When (notice i do not say if 😆) that bedraggled cat's plan fails again...she may decide the best way to destroy Razia is to actually destroy her with the information she has.

I loved the AsYa interaction today! You are right Zoya Farooqui is a child throwing a tantrum. I don't think I have ever laughed as much as I did when she started "crying" waiting for him to hug her. I think Asad miyaan needs How to Manaofy you Girlfriend for Dummies 😃

yeah...i think zoya expects a bit of pampering from him even though she knows he can't express himself. I think he should just give her one jaadu ki jhappi and she will forget all her tantrums. She was really cute in that drama queen scene

Dilshhad was adorably cute today as well. You are right, I do feel like she has sensed a shift in behavior between Asad and Zoya. I really felt sorry for Asad when he had to stand there and patiently explain to his mother that Zoya was American and would possibly have to leave. That was a good scene.

Whether she has sensed that shift or she is being the adamant and emotional Dilshaad we saw during Rashid's case is the question

The AsYa bickering scene was pretty awesome too. I have to hand it to Gul for keeping the bickering element of their relationship in tact. To me that is part of what makes AsYa so interesting and just because somebody is in love doesn't mean they are going to agree on everything. People fight, people bicker and that is exactly what AsYa were doing today. They reminded me of an old married couple. 😆

yeah, asya relationship is going in the reverse order. That means they will be lovey dovey later in life :)

Tanveer has so far been unsuccessful in a lot of her plans. I wouldn't mind her tackling razia directly instead of dragging AsYa into her plans. I agree...she will fail one day:)

And I honestly believe when the drama unfolds...that is Gaffur and Zoya's past then it will have more impact if Asad and Zoe are married. While I don't think Asad will hold Gaffur being Zoe's father against her there might be tension between them because Zoe would want to get to know her father and she probably will sense the intense dislike Asad has for the man and her spending any time with him (of course this is assuming the truth about her mother's death doesn't come out). Besides that Tanveer would be in deep trouble with her blossoming tummy and she will have to come up with a plan to protect herself (maybe she reveals the truth?). Razia too would definitely plot against Zoe...which will bring out the protective side of Asad. And ultimately when the entire truth comes out, Asad's calming and stable presence in her life will bring the viewers some heart wrenching scenes and maybe fuel Zoya's need for revenge/justice?

that would be a big change from the initial premise of the show. The darghah scene and the the holi dance foreshadow a different track. I can see your point but i feel if they get separated and then reunite in marriage, that would make for a better story. Let's see what Gul madam has in mind. Also, with your theory, Tanveer would be a useless character. I think her main role would be to separate Asya. She might do a Razia on Asad- he will be forced to separate from Zoya to protect her. Kinda like Rashid.

OMG, Dilshaad what happened to her? Now does she sense the tension between them? As a mother how she couldnt understand her son's often stammering "WOH" "Actually" so often these days in front of Zoya..

I felt she was actually more like sweet old great grandma, who just dont want argument. She had enough of that while growing old, now she just want what she want. If you cant' I will and I can, loved her attitude. Poor guy nicely trapped between two woman he loves to death, bachi kuchi kasar Najma ke out of his principal ideas😆

yeah...it was really cute to see all these women bombarding him with ideas. He likes quiet and peace and that's what has become rare in his life since zoya has come into his life. The other women have joined in too😆

But do you feel he was kind of giving up, when he was like we cant do anything?? I think, he just want calm around him, he already has plans. Engagement must be one of them, but to be used only in dire situation. No wonder ring is ready too..

yeah, i agree. He can't deal with chaos. Things have to work methodically for him

Loved the fight between them, perhaps first convo which was not 99% one sided😆 Atlast his mute button wasn't on, he was able to keep her quite😉. They are getting so comfortable now..

Loved the first symbolism. Yeah they should unite and I feel time is coming sooner than later. The way Razia and Tanveer is behaving, Tanveer cant be there long. She has been talking to immigration office, Dolly called on her cell, how difficult it is to catch her..

Black Magic trick, now if Zoya takes that sweets, it could point more fingers on Dilshaad alongwith Zoya. But again Tanveer is messing with Razia's most precious thing, she will definately find who is behind it. But stupid Shireen now she would fell into her trap deep..

i think they don't need to drag Dilshaad and Zoya into it. No one will believe them. They are both educated women, why would anyone suspect something like this from them? The writers need to change tracks here
