The toddler got a rebuke from Asad!😃 I like the way Asad comes to first name basis whenever he senses some danger to his Zoya's life! His heartfelt 'Zoyaaa' was too good!

Just Loved your post. 👏
you are right, now zoya knows he wants her and she is really beahving like a child who wants her wish to get completed, she just want Asa to accept his feelings for her and show his love to her... she is doing all this just to get his more and more attention... yes, i really loved Dlshad's want for zoya and i too think, Dilshad knows his son's heart is beating for zoya only, thats why she is asking him to do anything to stop her...

Thanks Jeenia. Yes, I bet if Asad becomes more demonstrative, Zoya will calm down. I am not sure if Dilshaad is doing this because she adores Zoya like a daughter or she has actually sensed something...I guess time will tell😃

Lol Sangeeta, I didn't think of it in terms of tantrums but you're so right. Both had big tantrums.

Zoya is so confident of Asad or at least the fact that he wants her to stay that she feels she is now comfortable saying whatever she wants to him. The most hilarious part of the tantrum was when she looks around for his reaction and he is not there. She says something like here I am crying and you're not even trying to comfort me.

What she doesn't realize is how her tears have affected him...he only calls her Zoya when he feels emotional and yesterday he yelled ZOYA to stop her from going on and on.

Didnt understand why Dilshad was behaving the way she was but... Poor Asad he is getting it from all sides...mommy and Zoya!

Thanks Shell. I think Dilshaad can be adamant when she gets emotionally involved with someone- remember Rashid's case? I think it's the same here with Zoya. I am not sure she is seeing her as potential DIL yet

I see your point. When she is emotionally involved she becomes irrational as with Rashid.

I thought there was some wink-wink nudge-nudge type of thing at the beginning when AsYa used to get into it in front of Najma and Dilshad...but I could be mistaken maybe it was only Najma. But they are both so oblivious now.

Wow, Bheegi! This is fantastic. This is a revelation. I see the scene in a new light - espeically Zoya's "toddler" tantrums. It is so true, Zoya wants Asad to show his affection openly. He cares and she knows he cares, but, she wants more.

But the problem is that the child-woman is yet to realize why she wants what she wants, so she won't be verbalizing it soon. Once she knows what she feels, she will make Asad speak. Like when she came to know that Asad doesn't want her to go, she asked him to say so in public. I can so imagine the time - when Zoya will know that she loves Asad and Asad also loves her, she will bug him all day to say 'I love you'.

This and many other stories of boy-meets-girl, wrong impressions, they fight, they make up and they fall in love, have been compared with 'Pride and Prejudice'. And, yes, there are parts of it similar to P & P. But, in Asad-Zoya, I have seen Emma and Mr. Knightly from Jane Austen's other book 'Emma'. I am not talking plot wise. But, the way Mr. Knightly guides Emma, plays a father figure when required, scolds her for her every mistake, is even hard on her compared to others, and still silently, ardently loves her - I see all of this with Asad and Zoya. [I know this train went on a different track 😆, but I got carried away thinking about Zoya the toddler]

And, now I just imagined a teenage Dilshaad 😆. After today's rofl episode (I read this brilliant post one day late), Dilshaad a teenager, Zoya the toddler 🤣. My jaws are hurting.
