Ok not that i ever wanna see or hear Asad and Tanveer having sex but what makes you think they can't even if she is pregnant?

In terms of a baby bump...she can always pass it off as a paunch. He isn't going to know the difference...besides women don't show till maybe the 4th month of their pregnancy.
