I think it is Gul's sense of professionalism- I think she feels the actors will stay on if they love their work, and if they don't, they don't have to stay on! Why should they make people act at gunpoint?

'Follow your heart'- that is the advice she gave Sobti on the interview- Even Sanaya mentioned that Barun is lucky he had this PH who did not give him trouble.

I respect the PH for this. If I am running an organisation, I'd love to keep the employees who love their work! The ones who want to move on, let them!
