It's a good thing he heard the tune. He will be the one who will wonder why his Mammu has the same tune (assuming Mammu does have the same tune) and will tell Asad and then Tanveer tho gayi!

It's significant that Zoe doesn't tell Ayaan what the tune is. And i loved what she told him about cherishing the person who loves you because not everybody is lucky to have that. He promised her never to hurt Humeira...no way Ayaan and Zoe are happening. Zoe won't do that to someone!
