Asad has consciously or unconsiciously accepted Zoya as his. Its very obvious with the way he behaves as if she is his own and he has some sort of haq over her just Zoya acts as if she has a haq over him and his room 😆
But with that chudail despite being such besties he does not feel that right or that closeness which makes him automatically want to cover her up or comfort her. Sure he tries to pamper her but on physical and emotional level he keeps at her at distance as compared to Zoya with whom he is very very open about his minute emotions.
He feels the need to drap the shawl over her because he doesn't want anyone else to see her like that, he wraps the saree pallu around her because he wants to protect her, He is a pretty shy and traditional guy if you take out his arrogant jerk like personality sometimes!
Remember when he carried Zoya home after the whole Akram fiasco? He laid her on the bed and instantly when he noticed the dupatta not covering her stomach, he gently covered it up.
I like that about Asad, He is pretty decent in that aspect.
But right now Asad's possesiveness is very subtlety shown where Zoya is very openly showing it (yesterdays epi for example) because she is jealous and unclear of her feelings.
When the time comes for Asad to show his jealousy openly, I wouldnt be surprised if his actions start screaming "She is mine and ONLY mine"
He is the type to be extreme if pushed to a point. Zoya's jealousy is childish and cute but Asad's is gonna be intense and passionate.
