well its not about Qubool Hai's popularity its only about KSG's popularity..he is very famous in tv media since his previous show (DMG)..and they know that this show has huge potential...😊

Well, I think that was the case initially since Karan is the most known face out of the entire cast and has a massive fan base as you said... But I don't think the show would have so much popularity just on the basis of Karan for so long because story matters... Plus, I think at the moment, the main USP is definitely ASYA and the love story...
