I agree too that billo is not Billo Rani. As you said it might be Tanveer because she tooks a sudden entry in serial & she'll also going to live in Asad's house.

Let's see what's gonna happen next

I thought the emphasis that Razia place on this Billo Rani, i think it is tanveer, only a trusted person could remove that doll from this house, and as we saw, they already don't trust this woman.
