Zoya is not a thing to be given to someone. She is a person. I will have a huge problem with the show if they show that Asad sacrifices his love and tries to get Zoya to marry his brother. If he does this, I hope she tells him to go to hell. People cannot be given away. It is utterly demeaning.

See the way I looked at the situation was he was more upset that his mother was upset (lol this sentence had way too many upsets).

I agree it is terrible writing but there has been a lot of that going around lately and frankly the less I see of Ayaan these days the better. He is on my last nerves. Dilshaad and Shireen are fast getting there too,
