Half burnt body still intact !!!!!!!!!!

Looks like rashid had burried teh body inside the factory. that could be the reason, rashid reached factory by 8pm and Rasia scheduled Asad's entry by 8.30pm. But how come the body was in teh same shape (half burnt) even after 17 years??? What sort of chemical the doll factory had whioch acted as a preservative to the dead body? They could have showe just the skeleton with some ornament which would have been identified by Zoya as her mother's ornament.
