Eid episode symbolisms/ points to be noted.
Okay to begin. Gaffur had said in the previous epi to eid that this eid i wont have anyone to wish me Eid mubarak meaning neiter daughter. Although she didnt say "abbu" zoe in fact wished her abbu Eid Mubarak. I just loved how that was incorporated.
Next. Raaziya was outed while she wore colors of evil. Black and red and resemblin the gold on her black dress durin gudiya factory raaz epis, there was a hint of gold on her dress as well, with a bit of white thrown in. Colors very much in tune with raaziyas character. Black and gold are similar to gudiya factory eaaz outfit so in conclude a sinister nature tied to those colors. Black and gold= sinister/ evil. The red symbolizes the blood on rasiya's hands : the blood of zoyas moms murder. And the tint of white is some SMIDGE of good left in her deep down which i think we may see later on in the show. Whether we like her or not raaziya though evil in her means wants the best for her daughter and husband and i think she does love humeira so that represents the SMIDGE of good left in her.
Tanveer meanwhile donned a black and gold saari and then the black burqa. The black and gold saari is in line with raaziya so it represents the parallel in her and raaziya when it comes to evil and sinister. Notice she wasn wearing red because despite the murder attempts and evil nature, tanveer has yet to be at raaziyas level by mudding her hands with blood. The burq was representative of her still in hiding which she is. Notice she escaped asya's eyes because of that burqa. She got in and out of that party wihout asya knowing. Not only is that symbolic but tanveer escaping like that.. Was done on purpose by cvs? Is there something bigger left for her becase of which the eid party was not the right time or her to be back in asya's life?
Also tanveer had a hold of zoes abbus pics .. She made them go flying with her evil presence.. So will tanveer scatter the truth of gaffur being zoyas abbu? In the sense that will she twist the truth around to zoya about it?
okay moving on to the raaziya reveal: we all thought humeira by wY of rajni will reveal her own moms truth. Well did she? I think she did. In fact i think the reveal was very symbolic to understanding asya and ayras role in this story. Humeiras being rajni and her insistance about vikram brough s fake vikram into her life. That fake vikram found out raaziyas bs and we all guessed he would play a role in raaziyas outing. Rajni/humz was also suspicious and we thought she would also play a role in raaz's outing. If the rajni vik slap and molestation didnt happen, then aayan wouldnt have fought with vikram and vikrams phone wouldnt have fallen out of the pocket and into aayans hands. So inadvertantly so but rajni and vikram played a role in raaziya's pardafash. Raaziya herself was her own downfall. She sent humz on that bus which if she hadnt, the whole fiasco wouldnt have happened. By putting rajni on that bus.. She was setting up her own downfall trap. Because then she herself called vikram and aayan found out.
Next, aayan called asya and zoe was already suspicious just like humeira was back home. An asya by setting up cctv, were able to expose raaziya with the help of aayan of course. Now when asya were exposing, notice asa brought daadi out who was under a burqa and zoe was te one to reveal daadis face. Aayan was a help through phone meanwhile. Very symbolic of future events? Raaziyas future reveals of all her dark secreta will brought out asad and aayan and revealed (zoe removing the burqa from daadi) by zoe? And lets not forget humz' indirect help as well. So will all of raaziyas secrets be sinilarly unmaked? Ayra playing a part and asya doing te main deed with zoya at the fore front bring the one to unmask with the aid of asad, aayan, humeira?
Finally. Gaffur said that the world will see that gaffur ahmed siddiqui will not look at apna paraya during time of justice. Will he live by these words after he finds out zoe is his daughter? To get her mother justice will he help zoe and bring down raaziya the way he brought her down infront of public at the eid party?
P.S - 1) more thing is notice that gaffur was on the phone taking to aayan and at te party where asya where.. I just thought that scene was rather interestinf. Gaffur was btw or an intermediate almost brw both asya and ayra. Symbolic of asya and ayra being on two different ends to the gaffur truth?
2) humeira wasnt at the eid party and neither was aayan and shireen and nikhat left early.. So symbolic of humeira and zoya not being together or on the same page with the daddy truth? Nikhy shireen leaving warly and ayra not tere at the party.. Will these 4 be on one side with the nikhat immi and najma angle while rest will be on other side? Gaffur and raaziya dont count btw. Maybe noozat will also support najma because notice najma and noozhat danced together nikhat stayed out.
3) daadi tipped zoe off way back when of someone wanting harm zoe bu poisoning humz.. Daadi and zoya had that first scene together but daadi and zoe had an interesting helpful sort of relationship and at eid party daadi basically gave zoe her blessings. Daadi will remain a support to zoe ? An notice zoe has everyone on her side.. The main people at least mostly close to asad: his ammi and abu, brothers and sisters, humeira finds her a friend so zoe sister, daadi.
