Why do u guys think so?

why is everyone thinking that Maamu is Zoya's father?? I never saw much of a strong hint that he could be her father...
Moreover what kind of father kills his own child & wife?? X_X :@
Even if rasiya did all this, he too had equal fault in this crime because its always shown that they both plotted and excuted this crime.
