heys guyss i wanna let out something that has been. bothering me about the show...
first of all about the whole razia thing where she told the guy to shoot dilshaad. in the muslim religion its against to kill someone and take their life away when it is God that can only do that... and when humaira was about to commit suicide showed another about going againt the muslim religion. if one is to kill them selves or somebody else then they will be sent to hell. they are showing way to many things that are unrealistic to the muslim religion. i can say this because i am a muslim :)

And this isnt anything to offend anyone and im just saying this as i am finding things in the show to be wrong thats all

But that doesn't mean that muslims don't commit crims.

All bad things were forbidden in Islam and still we see people around us do those things…

and by the way I'm a muslim too...

What is written in the Holy Quran is not necessarily followed in practice by the sinfuls. A killer can be a Hindu, a Muslim, a Christian in born faith but not in the faith of the soul.

Sin and evil have nothing to with Islam or any religion. They are Satan's codebooks.

You know Allah has guided people not to go on the wrong track.
No religion permits murders or suicides and Islam does the same.But humans are prone to commit crimes and the show is just being realistic.Muslims commit crimes.Right?So I don't think cvs did anything that goes against a religion.

I think sometimes people link this show too much with the whole being muslim thing.

Yes, the characters are muslims but they are also human beings... and there are sinners in muslims too. That is exactly what Razia and her husband are. Fake. They brag about izzat but that is only superficial, on the surface but not deep in the heart - which happens in many households in India, muslim or not and is called the 'jhooti izzat'. That is what the makers are trying to show and it has little to do with them being muslims

Every religion preaches not to commit any sin that is against the will of God but we human beings fail to do it, that's why we have to be accountable for our deeds on the judgement day. The show just depicts this failure of us humans in fulfilling God's will which is very much a reality.

Your right it is against the Islamic religion but you find those odd people who even though are supposed to be believers they will commit a sin, that's what Razia is doing and it's what Humeira did. I guess the creatives should have mentioned that on the show some how.

The only thing that I've been taught isn't allowed in Islam that has been shown on the show is believing in horoscopes, sure Asad said he didn't believe in it but that was his personal preference but isn't it against our religion?

A majority of the people on this forum know that it is not permissible to kill people...some faiths have absolute rules of no killing while others have given permission to kill but only in self defense. Either way, the wisdom of the audience is there...so I would not fret.

Second, regarding suicide...most religions forbid it. However, people do commit suicide especially those who are in great distress...it is unfair to say that anyone who does this has an automatic ticket to hell. We do not want to encourage this practice either but if you have ever worked with anyone who is suicidal and the desperate state they are in at the time they are about to end their life, you would show some more thought and concern before putting up a post to say that they are all doomed for hell per Islam.

No religion teach you to do bad thing.
All religion teach you morality.
In islam also tell you not to bad thing.
But we know a criminal is criminal first than anything.

Criminal and bad people live in all comunity,countries.

muslim community is also no exception.
So you see razia,mamujan.
Their criminal activity has nothing to their religious affilation.

Suicide is extreme emotion of a human when he/she thinks his/her has no reason to live.
Extreme human emotion makes human blind to see any logic.

Muslims are also human so when extreme human emotion emerge,they also fail to see logic.
