I had hoped that the slap wasn't a drama gimmick and it fits in the larger picture but alas they just swept it under the rug quickly. It would have taken a lot of thinking to frame a redemption around it and justify the act. They want the viewers to quickly forget it happened . For me too the slap didnt happen. Its already forgotten. Coming to today's episode I loved how Asad kept staring at Zoya. I feel its a step forward.(I understood why my elder cousin kept gushing about the way Bill Pullman looked at Sandra in While you were sleeping😆) Remember Mangalpur and before that Asad wouldn't even look at Zoya properly accept in Mitwa scenes when he was attracted towards her. As I understand the leads falling in love is the trump card and since its a daily show they are going to milk the love story for all its worth. And I'm all for it. Just show me a lot of faling in love because honestly that's my primary reason for watching the show.
