I'm with Asad this time and i dont think it's about Male VS Females..

The slap bit was a bit too harsh. These things usually alters a viewer's mind.
But seeing the delicacy of the moment, I think what Asad did was normal and not out of the blue.

Violence is obviously never okay and no one has a right to slap anyone but it takes a truly ignorant person to compare violence against women with that against men. If we lived in a post-feminist world where no sexism existed and men and women were treated equally, violence against the two genders would have the same connotations. But unfortunately, that's not the case. In the world we live in, a huge amount of women are not bestowed upon with the basic decency of being treated like a human being. Women face violence in public and private spheres with the view that they deserve it or worse, owing to their gender, are designed to take it. Men do not have to face that kind of inherent hatred and bias in our culture and society because both of them are patriarchical in nature.
