😲😲This slap left a bitter taste in my mouth! Violence against women is NOT justified. No matter how upset or angry you are.

So irresponsible of the producers and so out of character for Asad Ahmed Khan.

Thereafter the slap is downplayed by a cut to a hand, a wound that can be seen and therefore causes pain compared to a slap that leaves no evidence of the hurt inflicted.

EVEN MORE SCARY ARE THE WOMEN WHO ARE JUSTIFYING THIS ACT.

Worldwide, violence against women is rife and should be condemned.

How will Asad redeem himself? If he looked shocked after hitting Zoya perhaps we'd accept it but he will only feel remorse when he comes to know that she was not a fault in getting Marium back to the house. So he's ok with hitting a woman!

that's the only point.
How come he is OKAY with the fact that he has actually hit a woman????? :-S
that's just not him. Asad was the man who blvd in tahzeeb, culture, traditions and other similar things...but yesterday he slapped a girl really hard. Now, which culture allows manhandling wid women????

Why did Asad slap Zoya?

Asad is a wounded lion now. Unlike you and me and the rest of the forum, th eslap and Zoya are not the first things on his mind.

IT IS HIS AMMI AND WHO DID THIS TO HER.

First he will deal with the pain of his mother dying...bond/ remain unbond his father and then go after the guy who did this.

After that, when his mind is laid to rest, he will apologise in his way.

Or may be he will apologise straight away...I'd find that funny.

Right now, I wouldn't expect the love story to be the foremost in his mind😉

before women zoya is the person coz of whome his mother is dying ...to him its just the person...if she was male he would hv behaved tht way too

There are a number of females justifying this slap as something AAK had the right to do because his mother was dying and that she was in the way and it was in essence her fault. These same women have a tremendous issue when you point out that it is not OK for men to slap women. They have practically risen up in arms ready to cut you down if you make that comment.

The point is that many females do not realize that this is unacceptable behavior and we should not be endorsing it because we like the show, KSG or even the character Asad.

What is worse, we are seeing a downplay for the need for an apology, redemption and even the recognition that this behavior is wrong. What we have seen here the romanticism of the slap and how this "wonderful incident" will promote a romance between these two characters. 😕

There is no need to see this as man versus woman thing. Eventhough I was hurt for Zoya more than Asad in that scene, probably coz I knew Dilshad wil survive n Zoe is not responsible for this, I can totally understand Asad's reaction. He admitted his mother in ICU with a fatal bullet injury. His mother who means the world to him..Why?? Because Zoya lied about Maryam despite him warning her against the possible danger. In his mind Zoya is the reason he might loose his mother forever.. I can utd his reaction in that perspective..
