You took the words out of my mouth!! I appreciate that's good hearted person but still some of the things he does makes no sense I mean how can you talk about parents relationship despite knowing what Asad went through not having his father there and more importantly how much he hurt his mom. I don't seem to understand how he can ask Asad to break the promise he gave to his mom.

I totally agree with u guys, this boy needs to grow up n take some responsibility, your elder brother cannot solve all your problems in life, at some point this boy will need to grow a set.🤬
I was proud of Asad to when he told him that his mother was more important than Ayan, hat off to this boy. 👏👏👏👏

Agree with everything you've said jojo!I find Ayaan's character be quite selfish and the very first time I thought that was when he was saying to Asad that he never wants anyone to come in between his parents. The look on Asad's face!...it broke my heart!...you could literally see his heart sink and ache...he sure died a thousand deaths then, didn't he? but what could he say to this selfish brother that he loves so much.Today he passed all heights of selfishness by breaking his mother's promise and from that you could see that this guy is not to be depended upon.I am so glad that Asad put him straight by laying down the law, his beliefs and principles...after Allah his ammi is his everything!

until Asad pushes him..he will not learn this..because he ha spoiled him by giving everything..so he thinks..Asad will fulfil and will be there for him..feeding him life time

I can't empathize much with this guy, especially after today.

You don't go to college for higher studies. You don't work. You don't contribute around the house. You are not responsible enough to shop for your sister's wedding. You can't see Humaira's pain despite it being as obvious as it is. You can't see your beloved brother's pain and and go on to discuss your dad's relationship which is responsible for Asad's misery. You basically haven't accumulated too many points to your credit. You flirt blatantly with Humaira and despite that you reduce her status to that of a 'friend'. And when no one trusts you, it hurts. I understand the hurt. But have you done anything to make your family feel differently? Being trusted is a privilege that needs to be earned. Sharing a blood line might give you a jump start with having laid the foundation but it still remains in your hands to build the rest. And you throw a fuss about leaving the house, which is again something I can understand because the price you were about to pay for a mistake you did not commit was too huge, too unacceptable. But how exactly would you have supported yourself? What will you eat? Where will you stay? The way things happened, now you can't go anymore. And then you go on to break your mom's promise and go see your brother?! You have no goal in life except to meet Asad bhaijaan, flirt with random girls and prance around during zingo-hotties' sessions. This guy has a heart of gold but at the end of the day, he is myopic, immature and partly selfish.

ps: this is about the character. Not about the actor. Not about the CVs or the PH.

Excellent observations! My thoughts (and that of my friends) we agree with you. Spot on 👏👏👏

You get a ⭐️ for that post

Very well written. He has definitely taken after Shireen I guess. She has taken the easy way out of dumping all her problems on her brother and Razia and Rashid too. She is clueless about most of the things. So, if genes does have a big hand, Ayaan will always be a happy go lucky guy. Why not? He is the stud of the house surrounded by 3 girls. Asad is always spoiling him with whatever he wants and comes to his rescue every time he is in trouble. The smartest thing Ayaan has done through out the show is the phone call he made when he was taken by Firoz and how he gave clues to Asad where to come to find him was the best. That showed that this kid does have brains, but apart from that, he is as good as his sisters in the show.

Don't know if he would've behaved differently if Rashid had complete control of everything and they were living by themselves. May be not.

Just my opinion.

I guess Ayaan is shown now as a sweet, pampered guy but not very responsible...lets see how the character develops...
