Asad has seen his mother suffering a lot in these past 17 years
so in his point of view this would reduce her pain
which isnt wrong
what do you feel was he right or not?

i cn understand your point but he said in the other epi to najma that Dilshad has the haq to decide about her personal life and that is why he agreed to meet him. but i can also understand why he did it. in one of the epis Rashid actually said 'for the past 17 years i haven't cared about them...' and all of a sudden now he wants to meet them which obviously is really fustrating for Asad.
Anyway i find Asad protecting his mother really sweet so i won't argue 😉

Well, the action is wrong, i feel. Like he told Najma, they have to let their Ammi take her own decisions in certain aspects and this should've been her call. He had no right to interfere like this. Besides, what makes him think his Ammi will not be in pain just because Rashid won't contact her ever again? She obviously missed him.
Having said that, I completely second your post as well. The situation isn't as black and white as it seems. He has seen his Ammi suffer a lot and is willing to do anything to see her happy even if it means doing something wrong. He is human, after all. Sometimes, it's best not to judge anybody. Today, it wasn't about how right or how wrong Asad was. It was about where he was coming from. Not to mention, I have a feeling that this scene will hold some relevance in future as well (:

i'll say it depends upon situation n how a person reacts to it
it cn neither be said right or wrong😊

i agree to ur first point now rasheed wud think dilshaad hasnt forgiven him
so he wud never contact her

like every coin has two sides each situation also has two sides
so asad must hv looked nly on one side which s not wrong but not fully correct as well😊

No he is not right. He might be Dilshaad's son but he is not Dilshaad. She is an adult who has her right to take decisions related to her life (Hmm I think Asad once adviced this to his sister so looks like he has gone against his advice 😳). Anyways, the right thing to do was to leave the decision to his mother...
