Yea i agree running after a married man is nothing but foolishness for a lady.

Even the weakest and very poor father becomes a shield for his children.
He will fight for his child till the end.
But here rashid stands like dumb person and tolerate the insults of his daughter.

I don't know if Asad has any relation at all with any of his step siblings other than Ayaan. Ans that relationship too I believe came about because Ayaan probably took the first step...at least I'm assuming this considering his extrovert personaity.

However, Asad is a man of principles...and regardless of anything Nikhat is his sister. His conflict is with his father not any of his step-siblings...again...his willingness to welcome Ayaan into his life is proof of that. So..I am hoping that once he learns of Nikhat's plight, he will definitely step in and raise his voice for her...or who knows, maybe even find a better groom for her. That may in fact be the first step towards healing the rift between the 2 families.
