idea of look alike has flopped before

There were two movies Lamhe and Kasme Vaade in 80s and 90s showing death of a lover, fiancee and then meeting a look alike.Lamhe was very good but climax changed the fate of the movie.Kasme vaade had some great songs and very good caste.but still audience did not accept these movies wholeheartedly.

In both movies couple were not even married.but in PKDH couple has been married for two long years.in this case audience will definitely not accept look alike to become a wife and go ahead with the love story.

In that case if young partner dies all should wander searching for lookalike so they don't miss first wife or husband.😉

Hmmm I don't think the CV's will take it this way! She will end up being Pankhuri for sure. CV's have done numerous shows and they do follow what audiences say sometimes so they will defo keep our thoughts in mind. I have full trust on them right now that they will make this track work!

The PKDH has a unique theme and I believe the CVs are going to show their uniqueness here too. I am sure that they won't make us bored of the look-alike drama!

Just having some look alike come into Adi's life to make him not miss Pankuri is just SO flawed! I mean come on... So all you have to do is find someone who "looks" like your former partner and everything will be fine? Get real!!

If THIS is the idea behind the CV's introducing Ayesha, then forget it!! They might as well have just killed Pankuri and brought in a totally new lead?? At least that story will be healthy, with Adi learning to move on! NOT coz he met a look alike to Pankuri, but because he decided that he wants to rebuild his life again.

But for him to just fall for someone who has the same face as his wife, is an insult to what they shared. It was SO much more than just about loving someone's face. Their relationship was so deep. Your face is NOT what defines you. That is your outer shell. If this girl just looks like Pankuri, and she is not Pankuri, then Aditya should not fall for her just coz she resembles Panku on a totally superficial level!!

I hope cv's don't disappoint us!

I do also believe people don't fall in love with your face!

It's how you feel, act, and your personality!

Adi liked Panku cause she was who she was!

Adi will find Ayesha as per promo and maybe not like her at first, but will realize that his Pankuri has changed and will change along with her! :)

I agree with everyone here. Ayesha will turn out being Pankhuri. The CVs aren't so stupid to let the show flop so badly by bringing in such tracks

You are right...audience don't quite like the idea of look-alikes. And not only in movies, in serials too the idea has flopped. In MEIEJ and QH they killed the main leads and made the daughter a look-alike of her mother and now these shows SUCK!!!!! Don't want PKDH to go through the same phase! Killing the main leads is NOT a fine idea to take the story forward and a memory loss track is MUCH better!

Fingers crossed! HOPE HOPE HOPEEE Ayesha is Pankhuri! Rajshri can't be so stupid!!!!!!!!!!!

I have seen in many people's lives where they have just gone for the way the person looks and not what their help the personality is. I hope in PKDH the cv's don't make Adi just gof or the face because he thinks it is Pankhuri but because of her personality and she might be a little different.

Because Aysha is totally different to Pankhuri, Aysha is loud carefree and not shy at all, but if you see Pankhuri she was shy but if something or someone was in trouble then she would be there in a jiffy to help them. Now i want to see what the cv's come up with. I hope they are unique and are different to what there movies and shows have done.
