According to all the news and articles, Mansi Salvi's character that is of Avantika Kumar was to die after donating kidney to her sister, Preeti Deshpandey.

But she didn't! Then how'll her character end???

You heard the news right! I think they will show the after complications from the surgery and that will lead to her death. 😊

Yes even I had expected she was going to die during the surgery...but looks like they want to involve her in the drama with Sheilas brother and Bhabi first, want to show her relation with them before she dies...
