Author's Note: I apologise for a delayed and extremely short update! Nearing the end of my semester so i'm held up with alot of pending work which seems to hinder my though process! I would be updating but it will be shorter than usual! Please bear with me till Mid May!

Chapter 41

Pankhu: Look at the things in our luggage bag. We have winter clothes as well as normal clothings. And Mom has packed everything including our gym attire. The gym is indoor so we can still work out.

Adi: You must be mad Pankhu. We are on our honeymoon not exercisemoon!

Pankhu: The basic concept of an honeymoon trip is to spent time together. When we gym, we are spending time together. Besides exercise ensures well being.

Adi: You know Pankhu, I can never win you.

Pankhu smiles at Adi and the two of them get changed into their gym gear. Adi makes a mental note to question Avantika as to why she had to pack his gym gear as well.

At the Gym,

Adi: Pankhu! Look! The gym is empty. No one else is exercising so let's go back!

Pankhu: Oh come on Adi! We live for ourselves. Let's workout first then we can worry about the empty gym.

Pankhu heads to the stationary bike and gestures to Adi to come and join her.

They take side by side bikes and begin their workout. After 45 minutes of working out, they head back to their room in a cheerful mood. Adi showers and changes into his trackpants and sweatshirt and sits at fireplace waiting for Pankhu to join him. Very soon Pankhu joins in and the two of them begin talking.

Adi: Pankhu, do you think Nanu and everyone at home rushed us to take up leadership positions? Can you believe that in less than two weeks we would have so much more responsibilities?

Pankhu: I don't know Adi! Nanu would have thought many times before deciding this. But yes, we would have a lot of responsibilities.

Adi: Do you think we can manage it?

Pankhu: I'm extremely confident that you would do a fabulous job and I'm there with you so don't worry!

Adi smiles and just then, his phone rings. Adi answers the call.

Adi: Hello! Mom, how are you? And how is everyone at home? Mom, hold on! I'll put you on loudspeaker.

Adi switches on the loudspeaker.

Adi: Mom, tell me now.

Avantika: I am good Adi. How are you and Pankhu?

Pankhu: We're good Mom! How's everyone at home?

Avantika remains silent for a few minutes before replying.

pankhu decides to go to gym.. & fortunately gym is empty.. was it planned by their family or was it just a coincidence..
& if i remember avantika had warned paya to not make a call during their trip.. but she herself calld them.. is there any problem.. gzz u left us on cliffhanger...

I'm so sorry! It's the last lap of my semester and i have papers due as well as tests! Up till 7th May, i will be very busy and will not be able to update! I won't be ending abruptly but i will have to place this on hiatus till then! Look forward to a Maha update on 11th May!
