Well, here's total speculation on tonight, the night before separation :P
"Saari duniya ko pata hai ke hum dono ek dusre se pyaar karte hai lekin hum dono ko hi ?! I mean agar main tujhse ya tu mujhse pyaar karti to hum ekdusre ko bata dete na ?" His words kept playing in her mind. Adi achanak ye sab kyu soch rahe hai ? wondered Pankhuri. Jo bhi ho, I gotta confess my feelings to him before the separation. Mujhe kuch bhi karke unhe ye baat kal se pehle batani hi hogi.
On the other hand, Adi returned home all restless. His thoughts were in a mess. Nana..pyaar..Pankhuri..15 days separation..best friend..ugh !! Kuch samajh nahi aa raha ! Kya karoon, kya karoon ?!! he thought as he marched from one end of his room to the other. And suddenly, Idea !
Here, Pankhuri decided she could not wait till morning to tell Adi the truth about her feelings. What if she didn't get a chance ? She couldn't risk it. So she picked her phone up and dialled a number. "Hello ?"
There, Adi was working on his idea. He had changed his status to "Pyaar kya hota hai ? How do you know if you're in love ?" on frienddosti.com, seeking help from his 'friends'. As expected, he got many answers in a few seconds. Some of them :
-> When her well-being comes before yours
He remembered the day of their marriage, how he didn't think once before applying that Sindoor on her forehead. He did it for her, so no one could raise a finger at her, so those tears would stop. She did come before him...
-> When being away from her becomes difficult
He went back to the days after she left for Kullu, for her marriage. The days he was alone again. The days that seemed like eons, the days that just didn't pass without her. How terribly he had missed her !
-> When her tensed has you worried and you can do anything to make her smile again. The smile that makes you smile :)
He remembered the time when they found out it was his cousin against whom Pankhuri had filed an FIR. He took her out, to get her favorite ice-cream because her tensed face made him sad, because he wanted her smile to return - the smile that made him want to smile :)
-> When going away from her scares you
He couldn't deny the fact that he was scared now. He couldn't deny that he wanted to be with her, he did not want to stay away from her for 15 days. 15 WHOLE FREAKING DAYS !! How the hell would he survive without seeing her, talking to her ? Going back to the day he learned of her marriage, he remembered never forget the fear that started building in his heart from the moment he learned Pankhuri will be leaving for Kullu, for her marriage, and most importantly, forever. He had even confessed it to her - "Pata hai, jab tu Kullu chali gayi thi na apni shaadi ke liye, tab mujhe bohot ajeeb lag raha tha. Main khush tha tere liye, par main khush nahi tha. Tu mujhse hamesha ke liye door jaa rahi thi na. Mujhe bohot dar lag raha tha."
-> When you want to spend every moment of your life with her
"Lekin ab dar nai hai haan, ab to tu hamesha mere saath hi rahegi na !" thats what he said to her. And he meant every word of it. He liked being with her, spending time with her. Infact, he loved it.
-> When you feel every moment with her is beautiful, and cherished like a treasure
He smiled thinking about their trip to the 'lovers' peak' in Kullu, the Karvachauth all-nighter, their beach date. All the moments spent with her, be it having fun, be it her scolding him, be it their nok-jhoks, him teasing her, her giving him 'gyaan' on relations, her taking care of him, her always worrying about everyone else, whatever it was, if it was her, it was beautiful.
-> When words aren't neede, when silence speaks
There had been numerous times inbetween them, like the one in the car, the moment when she tripped outside the hospital, all the times they'd guess something was up with the other, like right before she left - how she understood he wanted to say something. At one time, he'd have laughed heartily at that - "When silence speaks" but right now, he realised - they'd never really neede words...Silence really spoke.

"Missing Pankhuri ?" Preeti Maasi had asked. And he'd said, "Haan. Pata hai maasi, maine kabhi nai socha tha main use itna miss karunga ! Uske bina main phirse ekdum akela feel kar raha hoon maasi." He was feeling lonely. The feeling that he'd forgotten since she'd come into his life. The felling of incompleteness, that vanished when he was with her.
Gosh, he really was in love with her ! "Oh my God ! I love her ! I love Pankhuri !"
" KYA ?!" came an ear piercing scream.
While Adi was at his "Mission : In love ?", Pankhuri was at her own "Mission : Confess to Adi ; Sub-Mission 1 : Reach Adi".. So, she had called Shanky up and told him to arrange a safe passage upto Adi's room for her. Then, she had come to the Diwan mansion in an auto and was just going to Adi's room when Sheila Mami came out of nowhere and she had to run and hide. And being the nosy detective that she is, she followed the shadow she saw. Thus, Pankhuri ran to the balcony, and had to make her way to Adi's window from there as the way to the door was no longer an option. Just as she poot one foot on the window aisle, gearing up to confess to Adi, he shouted "Oh my God ! I love her ! I love Pankhuri !"
She couldn't help but shriek "KYA ?!" and stumble...right into Adi's arms. This time though, after a sweet, long yet not-so-long eye-lock (Mujhe Mila Pyaar Tera in BG) instead of the awkwardness, Adi smiled like a fool and exclaimed "Pankhuri !! I love you !!" And Pankhuri looked on, eyes wide in surprise.
Adi seemed to come back to his senses as he asked, "Pankhuri ! Tu ? Yahan ? Itni raat ko ? Kaise ? Kya hua ? Sab theek to hai na ? Tu theek to hai na ? Aur tu kaise aayi ? Aur kyun ? Arre answer me yaar !"
"I love you" she said simply.
"KYA ?!" it was his turn to shriek.
"Yahin kehne aai thi main yahan. I love you Adi !!" she hugged him tightly.
"And I love you Pankhuri." he hugeed her back, lifting her from her waist and twirling her around.
"Adi, hum saath mein ye 15 din kaat lenge. Aap chinta mat karna."
"Agar tum mere saath ho to mujhe chinta karne ki kya zarurat hai ? Par ab ye 15 din aur bhi lambe lagenge"
"Magar solva (16th) din utna hi meetha bhi lagega na ? Pyaar mein aisa hi hota hai Adi"
"Ek ajeed sa dard hota hai dil mein jab bhi tum door jaati ho, pata hai ? Par ye yakeen bhi hota hai ke tum wapas aaogi jo dil ko sukoon deta hai. How ironic na ?"
She chuckled,"Adi, Pyaar Ka Dard Hai - Meetha Meetha, Pyaara Pyaara !"
