A call comes form Pushkar informing Guptas that Dada Ji's operation is over and they get ready to go to Hospital.
Before going out of Diwan Mansion, Ambika says to Avantika to that she should treat her as her own daughter and not behave with her like a Mother-in-law, asks her to be considerate and not so arrogant and ill-mannered.

Nana asks them to stay here at Diwan Mansion for 5-6 days of their stay here at Mumbai and not in any sort of hotel or anywhere else.

Pankuri too wanted to go to hospital to see Dada ji along with her parents, her parents agrees to take her too, Adi also accompanies them.

In car, Adi tries to initiate conversation with Pankuri's parents but found cold responses in return and is caught at awkward position.

Ankur... I am not saying they should not be happy... I am just dissapointed the way they r making a pendulum of Ambika! 🥱 😆... she is super angry ...so much that she didn't even want to talk to her daughter for so many days after wedding? then suddenly overnight she is jumping like a kiddo abt how much she wants to love her baby when she is in mumbai and is so tadap rahi hai to meet her! and now again here in diwan house she is behaving liek her brother 😡 ...when was she a person to shout and create a ruckus? 😆 she was always someone who would listen to Pankhuri and guide her! I mean I can not see a difference between her and avantika now!

While entering the hospital, Pankuri was almost falling down, Adi caught her just in time and her parents were anxious and kept asking whether she got hurt or not, Pankuri says she is okay.

At Diwan Mansion, Avantika asks Nana that why he did all these to her son, Harish goes on telling that he is not her own son and belongs to everyone, and everyone has the right to take decision on behalf of his well-being.

Nana says very clearly to Avantika that why is she still annoyed when the newly weds have agreed to live separately just for the sake of her, she should be happy.

Avantika says Adi doesn't realize his folly now but will realize one day as she has complete faith on her son.

Harish goes on to say that Adi took a good decision and will never regret it, Avantika is gone by then.

Mami says had she told this to Avantika before, she would have easily risen in her eyes.
Rubel is sitting there too, says he doesn't want to keep Pankuri here in this house as she is the one who slapped him in front of everyone and because of her he had to lose his prestige at police station as well.

Mama-Mami plans to spoil the upcoming days of Pankuri. Rubel will be there to help them as well.
