Can someone fill me up with whatever that has been happening on the show lately? I have only seen till Nafisa sending Adi some letter which says that Ayesha is not Pankhuri. Everyone thinks that the letter is written by Ghalib! I couldn't watch further.
I saw the latest promo, AdiSha got married?

Yeah, well basically where you left, Adi did not believe the letter. He tore it or something. Thereafter, Ghalib tried again to get Ayesha, but all his efforts went in vain and Adi got him behind the bars. This once when he was in jail, Sheila got him released, so that he can tell her the truth about Ayesha not being Pankhuri. Ghalib however denies to reveal anything and leaves for Lucknow. That was the end of his character.
Rubel and Payal's problems increased too much, and Rubel started getting close to Nafisa. He also planned her a birthday surprise, where they got intimate, but as soon as she hugged and proposed to him, Rubel's phone rang - it was Payal. He immediately backed off from the embrace and told Nafisa that what he did for a moment was wrong, and he only loves Payal. Nafisa vows to get Rubel. Payal gets suspicious over Rubel's behaviour, plus Nafisa keeps entering Rubel's room and leaves marks and scents of herself, making Payal even more angry.
One the other hand, Adi is trying his best to win over Ayesha (Pankhuri for Adi), and Ayesha is slowly falling for him. Nafisa is trying her best to make Ayesha fall for Adi, because if Ayesha leaves for London to complete her studies, Nafisa would have to leave Diwan Mansion, and therefore leave Rubel too, for which she was not ready.
It finally came to light that Nafisa was always jealous of Ayesha since their childhood, because despite being older than Ayesha, Nafisa was always told to learn from Ayesha. Nafisa also LOVED Ghalib, but Ghalib fell in love with Ayesha. So her hate went further.
In order to make her plan successful, Nafisa goes to Arif to seek his help. Both team up so that Arif can marry Ayesha, and Nafisa can get Rubel. They decide to tell Adi that this girl is really not his Pankhuri, but Ayesha. They decide to forge a fake death certificate of Pankhuri. Amidst all this planning, they come across the real death certificate of Pankhuri. Both are shocked to know that Pankhuri has really died, but they decide to use it to their advantage.
During the wedding anniversary of Aditya and Pankhuri, Adi decides to spend the day and night with Pankhuri. Ayesha says she cannot act like anymore and Nilofer agrees with this idea. However Nafisa comes and emotionally blackmails Ayesha into helping Adi. Ayesha gets emotional and decides to help Adi for the last time before she goes to London. So they go to a resort. There Adi and Ayesha dance to a song and at the end, Adi and Ayesha kiss. Soon after the kiss, Adi breaks off, and walks away. He leaves Ayesha, returns to DM crying and shouting. He informs everyone that Ayesha is not his Pankhuri. (Apparently, he found out the truth because Pankhuri was always shy of kissing, while Ayesha kissed him during just the first try)
Finally, Sheila decides to kick Ayesha and her family out of DM, claiming that they are fraudsters. Harish and Aneesha intervene, and it is revealed that the entire drama began with Harish bringing the girls from Lucknow. Adi is heartbroken. He vows never to speak to Harish again, and asks Harish not to address him as his son because he lost all these rights the day he decided to play this game. Avantika is still not aware about anything - she is at a conference somewhere in China.
Nafisa and Rubel's "supposed" affair comes out in the open too (no they didn't have an actual affair - it was just for two seconds where Rubel only hugged Nafisa). Nafisa gets slapped by Nilofer, and they decide to leave. Ayesha is on her way to the airport leaving for London. She gets a call and she does not board the flight.
It was Arif who called. He shows her something and requests her to do a photoshoot for him. Ayesha is super reluctant, but agrees. It's a normal modeling photoshoot that Ayesha does. However, the next day there are pictures of Ayesha in some really bad and open clothing all over the magazine. Soon the news spreads everywhere and Ayesha breaks down. Arif and his mom come to the outhouse of DM, and Arif expresses his sadness over what happened (this is all his plan). His mom says that now Ayesha's reputation is all gone, yet, her son Arif loves her and is ready to marry her. Ayesha does not want to get married since she loves Adi (ever since they kissed) but her mom tells her that she is supposed to since her reputation is already at stake, and Arif is a nice guy he would keep her happy. Arif is all happy about this. The marriage gets fixed and it's happening the same day. Ayesha is getting ready, and Arif too.
Nafisa's eyes finally open up to the truth, and after seeing the morphed pictures of Ayesha, she breaks down. She rushes to Adi and tells him everything about what happened. Adi, who treats Ayesha as a friend decides to help out. At the wedding hall, before Ayesha could say "Qubool", Adi enters and says not qubool. Everyone is surprised. He reveals the truth of Arif being the mastermind behind everything that happened with Ayesha. Nafisa, along with two other men testify this and Ayesha is saddened. Adi asks Ayesha why she even agreed to do a normal photoshoot for Arif? What was so important? Arif then laughs and reveals to Adi that Ayesha agreed to do the photoshoot because she did not want Arif to show Adi that real death certificate of Pankhuri. Adi is shocked to know that Pankhuri is really dead and Ayesha did all this so that Adi does not find out the truth. Nilofer shouts and wonders what will happen to her daughter after all this drama. Adi asks her not to worry as he is there as a friend, always. Nilofer asks if he will marry Ayesha? Adi is shocked. And later, he agrees.
A lot of drama is done by Sheila and Payal. They accuse Ayesha and her family of framing Adi and Rubel for money. Sheila calls Avantika and Adi informs her that the real Pankhuri is dead, she won't ever come back, and because of the favours that Ayesha has done on him, he is marrying her the next day. Avantika shouts at Adi and tells him not to do that and she is returning the next morning. Adi says he is getting married whether she comes or not.
The Qazi comes and Adi and Ayesha get married. Just after, Avantika arrives. She cries that Adi forgot Pankhuri so quickly and married this duplicate fraudster. Adi says Ayesha is his wife legally now and she will live in Diwan Mansion. Sheila shows her disapproval but Adi says that if anyone thinks of removing Ayesha from this house, he will leave with Ayesha too. Sheila and Avantika are helpless, so both go to their rooms.
Adi tells Ayesha she is his wife, but he only loves Pankhuri. Ayesha respects this and says they will always be friends. When Adi leaves, Ayesha vows to become like Pankhuri and help make Diwan family happy, just the way Pankhuri used to. She frames a big portrait of Pankhuri in her and Adi's room, and tells Pankhuri to guide her so that she can become like her.
And now that's where the story is. Ayesha is trying to sort out the mess in Diwan Mansion, and Adi is always standing by her side while Avantika, Sheila and Payal are giving Ayesha a tough time.
