One week passed from the day we arrived at Nainital but still we havent gone out from our resort for even once ,although Pia was very much inclined to see the senic beauty of the place.
I was laying on the bed watching Pia combing her hair when Mom called & said, "Abhay, we met the head of our clan yesterday".
"What did he said"?, I asked.
"We tried a lot to convince him but he straightly refused to help us. But you dont worry, we will definitely find an another way", replied Mom.
"Its okay Mom," I replied .
"Take care of yourself & Pia", said Mom before disconnecting the call.
"What happened?", asked Pia.
"Nothing special, just trying to find out a way to deal with Siddharth ", I answered. She came near me ,sat on the bed & said, "Abhay I want to discuss with you about something".
"Siddharth"?, I asked.
"No, for god sake. He would be the last topic that I would want to discuss. That guy disgust me a lot",replied Pia.
"Then about what?", I asked.
"About our future", she replied.
"Okay", I said.
"Abhay, I have been thinking about something for a long time. Look, you are a immortal & I am a mortal. I will stay with you till my last breath but what about the period after that?", she asked.
"I dont understand what you are saying", I replied.
"Abhay, I want to say that I wont be able to stay with you forever, I had to leave you after completing my natural life span. A day will come when I will die , leaving you alone forever", she said.
"Please Stop, I dont want to discuss about this", I replied firmly.
"Abhay, we need to discuss about this. Have you ever thought about this ? I dont want to leave you ever Abhay", said Pia .
"You have no idea how many times I have thought about this . But its something that we cant change",I answered.
"No Abhay, we can change it. I also thought a lot about this & finally found a way out of it", said Pia.
"What way?", I asked .
"Abhay, if you want then we can be together forever, till the end of times. Neither death nor anything would be able to separate us ever, not even that Siddharth. You just have to convert me to a vampire like you & after that we will stay together forever", said Pia.
"No, its not possible", I replied firmly.
"But why Abhay? Dont you want us to be together forever?", asked Pia.
"Yes, I want us to be together forever but not at the cost of your life. Do you even know how it feels when the transformation occurs? All those pains? And it wont stop over there, you will feel pain even after becoming a vampire. An unquenched thirst will hunt you forever, a thirst which can be only satisfy temporaly through blood . Each and every moment you will suffer from guiltyness that you are killing someone else to satisfy your thirst. How can I give you this horrible life when I very well know how it is? No Pia I will never let you come in this hell in which I am living. I would prefer to live without you rather than giving you such a life where each and every moment seems like a curse", I replied.
"Abhay, I know you love me a lot & therefore you cant see me in pain. But do you think my soul will rest in peace knowing that you are in pain after my death? No Abhay, My soul will never rest in peace. I have already choosen you over my life & for you I can also accept the life of a vampire , even if it is horrible like hell. I just know one thing, if you are with me then hell also can become beautiful like heaven. I just want to be with you forever, if by becoming a vampire I get your company forever then I will go for that," said Pia with determination.
"You can become a vampire only if I bite you & you know what I am not gonna do that ever", I replied firmly.
"You can never say what will happen in future. Maybe you will only transform me with your own will", said Pia.
"Yes, in your dreams because in reality I will never do anything like that", I answered.
"What will you do if Siddharth bite me", asked Pia.
"Nothing as such gonna happen", I replied firmly.
"Imagine he have caught us , then what?", She asked.
"I will fight with him & defeat him . Dont worry, I wont let him win", I replied.
"Putting your life in risk? Abhay why cant you choose the easy way?", asked Pia.
"Because I dont want to give you pain & the easy way wont take us anywhere ", I replied.
"Fine , but you have to promise me one thing", said Pia.
"What"?, I asked.
"If Siddharth caught us & there is no way out then you will convert me into a vampire", said Pia.
"No, I will fight him", I replied.
"Then it wont end ever. Our lives will be trapped in the circle of fighting, running, hiding & again fighting. And if Siddharth bychance win over us then? He will bite me & turn me into his slave. That's why I am telling you to do it before he dose",said Pia.
"I wont let that happen Pia, I wont let Siddharth bite you at any cost. Please leave this topic now & have faith on me", I said. She came near me, hugged me & said, "I love you Abhay & I dont want Death, Siddharth or anything else to separate us". I kissed on her forehead & said, "Nothing will ever be able to separate us. I love you".
