My mind was still occupied with the thoughts of that girl when i was going towards my home from the girl's hostel . It was around 9:00P.M when I saw two men attacking a guy in the road. They were having knives and were asking him for money. I went over there, one of them pointed a knife towards me and asked me not to behave smart and give him whatever money or valuables i have . I just looked into his eyes after said, "Leave right now". I actually hypnotized him and after a second he asked his partner to leave with him. His partner asked him what's the matter is but he didn't answer anything and ran away. His partner got puzzled and followed him. "Thanks a lot dude", said the guy to me who was going to be a victim of the theft. "You Welcome", i answered back. "Hi, my name is Kabir" he said with a friendly gesture. "Abhay, Abhay Raichand" i said and we shake hands. "Well, i haven't seen you before in Dehradun" he said , "Actually today only me and my family shifted to Dehradun" , i answered. After a second he said, "wait a minute, you are the son of the famous business man Chand Raichand, right? You know my dad & your dad is now business partner in one project". " Yes, i am Chand Raichand's son but you know i don't keep track of dad's business so i didn't know much about this", i answered. "Well dude once again thanks a lot for saving me and I think we should go back to our houses as the roads are not safe enough, but before leaving tell me one thing, how did you convince those snatchers to leave? he asked . "I actually tried to scare them with my look and I succeeded" , i lied to him as i can't tell him that i hypnotized them. "Well, you don't look scary at all, in fact you are the most good looking guy i have seen till date, ok buddy good bye for now" he said and after that we both moved towards our houses.
Next day was my first day in college, i was constantly thinking how i am going to face her. I finally reached Mount College in my new black BMW . As soon as i reached the college, there was a stir among the students. All the girls were looking at me and smiling. But my eyes were searching for that girl who looks like Maithili. Suddenly, a girl came in front of me and said seductively, " Hi , i am T, i think i have seen you somewhere and i feel that i can't forget your face ever ". "But i will forget your face very easily", i said sharply by getting irritated with her desperateness. Before she can say anything Kabir came and said her to leave me alone after that she went away. "So, you also took admission in this college, i am soo happy, were are going to be best buddies , i am sure about that" said Kabir & gave me a tight hug. " Well Abhay, let me introduce you to my girlfriend Misha, there she is."said Kabir pointing at a direction ,when I looked I saw a curly hair girl. She was looking tomboyish from her clothes and behavior . But then, i saw her, the girl who is Maithili's lookalike . My eyes were fixed on her but she was looking at a different direction so she haven't seen me. Suddenly Misha went towards her & slapped her !! After a moment she slapped Misha back !! Me and Kabir was looking at this scenario in an absolutely puzzled manner. After a moment the two girls said something to each other and they shook hands. "Well this is becoming more confusing, Misha!!" said Kabir calling his girlfriend's name. Both the girls turned towards us. Misha came running and hugged her boyfriend. That girl who looks like Maithili finally saw me and gave a bright smile. She came towards me and said, "Its you, i thought i won't see you again, i am soo happy that we met again, Now plz tell me what's your name without running away".
"His name is Abhay Raichand " said Kabir before i could say something. "Well Pia, this is my BF Kabir and kabir this is my new friend Pia" , said Misha ."Hi pia, but Misha say me one thing, for what you guys were slapping each other?" said Kabir. "Oh! Kabir it was nothing serious, its a girl's thing" answered Misha. "Ok baby , now meet my new friend Abhay, you remember i told you about him yesterday night?" said Kabir. "Hi Abhay and thanks a lot for helping Kabir yesterday" said Misha, "Its okay", i said. Now the whole time Pia(Maithili's lookalike) was looking at me but I purposely did not talk with her or look at her as i didn't want to get close with her.
After the introduction was over all the four of us went for the class. In the class I sat with Kabir in the second bench and Pia & Misha sat together in the first bench. Me & Kabir were all talking about games mainly basketball. He wanted me to join the basketball team of Mount College along with him and I agreed. "You know yesterday was my first day in this college and everyone behaved so badly with me, they called me a Charity Case, i couldn't make any friend. I am soo glad that finally i got you as a friend. But i haven't seen you yesterday, where were you?" said Pia to Misha. "Don't worry, now no one will behave badly with you, i will make sure about this, actually i was out on a tour so i couldn't come tomorrow . Now whoever will call you a Charity Case I will break the head of that person" said Misha loudly the last sentence of her speech to frighten everyone.
After sometime our teacher Miss Dasgupta came and gave us one project which she wanted us to do in groups. Misha quickly stood up and said, "Mam, the members of my group are - Me, Kabir, Abhay & Pia". I wanted to stay away from Pia but on the contrary we got together in one group . I felt as if destiny is starting playing a game with me.
Finally the first day at college got over. I was with Kabir the whole day and talked with Misha sometimes but i haven't talked with Pia. Once she tried to talk with me but I looked at another direction behaving as if i couldn't see her only. I know i was quite rude with her but this is required for her safety only . At night Kabir called me, he said," What's up dude? You know you have make everyone crazy with your looks. Almost all the girls are calling me and asking about you. Congrats, you have even crossed my record within one day" . "What record"? I asked. "The record of making the highest number of girls crazy for you" he answered." Now tell me whom you want to date, you have many options my boy" said Kabir. "No Kabir, i don't want to date anyone" i answered. "Oh! Come on", he said. After a moment i asked him," Did Pia asked about me"? I actually had a slip of tongue. "Pia? This means you like her. I caught you" said Kabir laughingly teasing me. " No no, i was just curious, plz forget whatever i have said right now" i said with a tensed mind. " Well Misha told me that she asked about you many times and Misha have promised her to answer all her questions about you, offcourse Misha asked me and I told her some. You know Misha thinks Pia like you and she have decided to be a cupid between you two." said Kabir. "No No Kabir, plz stop Misha from trying to do all this , i really don't need a girlfriend, i am absolutely fine", said I. "You know Abhay , Misha is very stubborn, she never listens to any one. But you don't worry, i will try to talk with her, good night buddy." said Kabir after which i disconnected the call. My mind was totally occupied with thoughts of Pia and what will happen if Misha try to be a match- maker between her friend and a Vampire !!
