Is this similar to Aftab-Esha-Amisha starrer 'Ankahee' by any chance? Where Aftab is a successfull surgeon but I dont think Esha was his past in that. He gets into an affair with Esha later. He is married to Amisha n has a 5 yr old daughter in that movie.
