Ah! That was classic.. The OS perfectly resembled the olden settings!

Superb duper post like always. i also wants to see AMetz story in the show too. i totally loved it. thanks for the pm. girl did you read my mind i was thinking about it and today when i came on the forums i saw you wrote this. its too good.

Maithili tossed and turned all night her thoughts invaded by the unseen stranger whose mere name had been enough to ignite a strange fire of desire & longing.

Frustrated and confused with herself she got up from her beautiful four posters and went near the window. The view from her window was magnificent. The slight pinkish tinge over the horizon & the light cool & pleasant breeze, the stillness and silence was screaming the arrival of another dawn.

But all this had no calming effect on the princess.

Maithili to herself- What is it to you? Why am I feeling so restless over a person whom I have not even seen? They must have exaggerated things. And even if not then it is still unbecoming of a princess to go over the moon on some strangers. Get a grip on yourself.

To distract herself she went in front of the large ornate mirror, stared at her reflection and started combing her, when unbidden in her mind came the thought of that stranger again.

She whispered his name looking at herself in the mirror- Abhyendra!!!

She stared in surprise when the echo of the name vibrated around her in silence and made her blush deep red.

Maithili- I have to stop thinking about him. I have my horse ride practice today must get some rest or the horse might throw away a sleepy head lolling princess from its back.

Closing her eyes she sighed unable to fathom the reasons for her restlessness and giving up her vain attempt to block his thoughts. She went back to her bed still thinking of Abhyendra and eventually sleep made its way to her deep beautiful dark eyes, spreading the veil of rosy lids over them.

In a cottage, deep in the jungle

Surrounded by woods from all sides the little cottage is far from the kingdom's hustle and is a quite peaceful place. Snuggling under his rugged blanket in his wicker bed, here in this cottage Abhyendra was sleeping peacefully unaware himself of how he had kept the most beautiful girl in the kingdom away from her peaceful sleep.

Even in sleep he looked so alert yet so innocent. His manly handsome features now smooth and relaxed in sleep after a day of immense hard work.

His happy dreams came to a rather cold freezing end when a bucketful of ice cold water was thrown at his face by his elder brother Siddhartha. Spluttering water out of his mouth and shivering in cold he shouted angrily at his brother.

Abhyendra- Is this the way to wake someone up?

Siddhartha (smirking at his baby brother's pouting) - Wakey wakey time lazy head. It's a big day for you remember?

Abhyendra groaned- But brother I already told you I don't want to do the job. Give me any other job please. I don't want to teach the Princess horse riding.

Siddhartha (surprised) - The king has himself chosen you for the task being impressed by your skills and you are turning your nose on the job of being with the most beautiful Princess's of our land without being gull toned?

Abhyendra- But she is a princess nevertheless. No matter how much you barge of her kindness and all she is a girl they are all same always giggling and whispering.

Siddhartha smiled and shaked his head at his little brothers innocence- "Abhyendra you are yet to realize the real joy of the world after all you will learn it from the master himself." He said with a pride. "Now buck up and get ready, its capital offence to keep a beautiful Princess least of who is a princess in waiting.

Abhyendra sighed and said to himself- Its going to be a long day.
