chapter 6-in class-
as abhay entered the class, every one was staring him;as usual girls were admiring him and boys were giving him daggers looks.
as he move forward, only two seats were empty- one next to kabir and other next to misha.he thought it be better if he sit with kabir and to be friendly with him as he already know that kabir does not him but he wants to take a shot and does not want any hate-rad or hard feeling. he wants as many as friends around him so that he can stop thinking about pia and get himself busy . so he finally moved towards kabir.
abhay-"may i???(pointing towards seat next to kabir)
kabir(narrowing his eyes, put his books beside him indicating no, u r not)-"sorry, its occupied "
abhay feels bad.
misha sees this
misha-"oh abhay. come on dude sit here with me."
abhay-"r u sure!!!...i mean u need not to that , i will manage myself"
misha(dragging abhay with holding his hands, all girls jaw dropped seeing that tomboy holding the hoottest guy of the world)-"oh, no need of formality, we r friends. and one more thing , change your attitude mannn... i dont like so mannered-goody guy . just chill.relax and be free to say anything and if anyone misbehave(looks towards kabir) u tell me ., i will make sure that he does not go home in one piece."
kabir feels guilty for behaving like small kid.
abhay knows that what she says , she will do . and he does not want to come between two friends.
abhay-"its not needed misha. thanks for the concern. i can handle on my own."
misha-"as u wish... ok k now sit"
abhay sits with misha knowing the preying eyes on him
and then pia enters lost in her own thought but when she sees misha-abhay sitting together and talking and laughing, she gets angry but could hold it for long as she sees for the first time , abhay was laughing on some stupid joke of misha and notices his cute, deep dimples which were out of this world and she could not stop her from smiling and soon forgot why she was angry.
misha sees pia standing at door and smiling.
misha(waving her)-"hey day dreamer,where u were. and why r u standing there , come and sit with us"
abhay sees her and automatically his smile vanishes and he kept on staring her.
pia sees the expression change on abhay face but understands what was that.but then she move towards them and notices the change in abhay's body language, from normal, relaxed to stiff, forced one.
pia glares at misha.
misha-"oh stop that . u can sit with kabir. okkk"
pia-"but, its my seat.(pointing where abhay was sitting)
abhay understands and gets up but misha hold his hand to stop him
misha-"no u will sit here.(to pia) whats the problem if u sit with kabir"
pia knows its not right place to argue.
pia-"okkk fine"
and sits with kabir who give her innocent-guilty face.
and then teacher enters . every new comer introduce themselves and then the lecture starts and its goes for an half an hour. mean while pia who was sitting behind abhay was only staring and observing him and admiring is beauty and charm. while on the other hand unknown to abhay about pia staring was trying to concentrate on lecture.
bell rang and teacher left the class while giving them their assignments to complete.
while whole class was gone. only abhay-pia was there. abhay was busy in noting down notes and pia was busy in admiring his each and every movement and smiling . she didn't know what teacher had tought in class.
but after some time, abhay completes his note and looks towards watch and started to move out of class . but suddenly stop as he hear some one calling him from behind and he knew who was that but he ignores and moved ahead but was caught by his hand and he turn back.pia was holding his hand and felt a shiver in her whole body.
abhay-"yes, u called me"
pia-"oh don't be so formal, i know u very well"
abhay was confused.
pia-"oh baby, don't be so dumb. i know u r ignoring me and also know the reason behind it"
abhay's eyes were wide open.
abhay(to himself)-"how come she knows the reason. she know me .
does she know that i was stalking her. does she know about me and maithalli. but how? i know she is not her. she is just her doppleganger. does she know about maithalli??"
pia-"where lost., ?? why r u so shocked. it seems u have seen ghost. i know why r u doing this. i know about her and u every thing"'
abhay could not believe and it seems like the floor below his feet has moved
abhay(stammering)-"w..wh...what r...rr u talking a..about? i.. i mean i didn't understand??/"
pia(calmly)-"oh why r u stammering .. u r acting like i caught u red-handed(laugh and look at abhay's shocked face) ok okkk.. let me clear.
i heard the conversation btw u too brothers about her in parking lot."
abhay was still in trauma and deos not believe that on the first day only his identity was revealed. what would he do know? how he would handle this??what he will tell to his family. that on a first day , a mere doppelganger of my sister knows every thing about him. how would he face dad?? how will he react?? what i will tell to bhai that i couldn't do one simple thing to hide our true identity.
pia who observing his each and every expressions and was now knowing him better and now realizes that what she heard was correct. she was the doppelganger his beloved for which he is still coping up. she feels sad that he already has some one special in his life. he love some one else even after she is gone . he couldn't forget her. thinking that mere thought she felt like some one has pierce sharp knife through her heart. but control herself and coming out of traces.
pia-"u seem very shocked. u know one thing u r easily caught with your face expression and ur beautiful eyes. u r open book. after meeting u 2-3 times any one can read ur face. and whether u like it or not its true. u must ask ur big brother. he can tell u very well...(laugh)...(with serious tone)i know about her. i m doppelganger to whom u love once. i also know that she is no more. and u r avoiding me becoze of my resemblance. but let me tell u one thing ... i m not her... and i cannot take her place in your heart but abhay riachand let me tell u that i will find out my way to reach there?(pointing towards his heart,smiles and kiss him on his cheek and left him bewilldered, astonished, shocked)
abhay could not believe what has happened now. he was still not in his senses. but soon came out when his phone rang, he sees it and picks up.
caller-"hey dude... where r u we waiting for u in canteen for last 15 min and u still doesn't show ur handsome face. come fast we r waiting"
abhay-'misha i m sorry . i got stuck some where. i won't come . i have some work in library. u carry on meet u after college in parking lot. ok bye "
he hungs up before misha could say anything.
he was not in state to face any one. pia was right. i m open book. any one can read me. . i still behave like humans even being vampire for more than 200 years ; deosn't make any difference .on showcasing or hiding my feeling.
i still cannot believe that pia knows about her. but it seems like she deosn't hear full convo and does not know the full truth. but the big question is how much she knows???.i have to find out and that too soon before dad or bhai comes to know about it . otherwise it will be big danger for us as well for pia. her life would be at stake if she find out what and who we r?. no.. i have to stop her for digging past. and then he leave from there.
after the college , every one was in parking lot. misha-pia and her whole gang was having a great fun and laughing on ruhi-angad stupid joke.
at the same time abhay was coming in the parking lot while talking on phone.
he was very tense.
misha sees him and shouts.
misha-"hey abhay..."
abhay who was busy on phone , turned and got bump with some one and his phone and her purse fell down'
abhay-"i m sorry. i didn't see u(with out looking at the person)"
person-"its ok handsome.. i know every body do the same when they see T. its natural. u see people die to be with me(while coming forward and putting her hands around his neck)"
abhay was just standing and analyzing the girl who was throwing herself on him.
every one sees that. pia was fuming with the closeness.and thus every one went near to them to see whats gonna happen now. misha came forward rolling her eyes.
abhay-"listen lady..."
T-"oh come on . a hot-handsome guy like u deserve a hottie like me . why u accompany that B** tomboy and her pig headed sister and gang.but still its not too late. u can be with the hottest girl of this world.u know u r very lucky that T came to u otherwise it was always opposite. never mind... so tell me where to go so that we can hang out together alone!!!!!(in seducing way and coming closer , escaping the air btw them)
abhay could not tolerate any more. she was getting on his nerve. he suddenly remove her hands from his neck and maintaining distance with her.
abhay-"it would be better it u stay away from me. i don't like this kind of attitude and presentation of urs towards me. i prefer a arm distance from girls. so u better..."
T(FUMING)-"oh u can't talk like that to T"
ABHAY-"oh i can... and u don't know me . when people r good , i m best but when they r bad, i m worst. get it straight in your little dumb head. and by the way u r meaningless like ur name. i don't like girl like u who r self-obsessed, arrogant,rich spoilt brat, fickle-minded, ready to serve in plate for any random guy.(saying this while looking towards pia). so now u may leave ...(gesture to leave her)
T-"i will see u riachand. and i bet u will fall on ur knees, repenting on what u did"
abhay-"i m waiting"
T Stomps HER FEET AND Walks AWAY.
PIA was very upset and she know what he said was for her. but being stubborn , she doesn't care and ignore.
misha was really impressed with abhay.
misha-"dude, who r u mannn... i can't believe u r the same peace-maker abhay riachand who is humble to everyone. mann u rock today. i must say.
u gave that B**** T GOOD DOZE of medicine."
abhay-"let it be ... ok tell me why u called me ??"
he was continously avoiding pia gaze.
misha-"actually, we were going to pub., and thought that u might too join us . it would be a great fun"
pia was still staring him and was amused that she will get her chance to be with abhay but was cursing him as he was not looking at her and continuously avoiding.
pia-"oh come on abhay. be sporty"9trying to gain his attention
abhay-"i m sorry but i can't . i have to do some work, i have too complete my assignment ans i also missed one lecture so. u guys carry on . may be on some another day"
every one knows that he was making excuse and also know the reason
kabir-"hey dude., i m sorry what i did. i was idiot. i shouldn't act like that. "
shanker-"ya mann. we r sorry for our behaviour. "
angad-"come yarr . for our sake "
ruhi(jumping)-"for our friendship... please"
misha-"hey come on sit now, otherwise we will kidnap u "
pia was just staring and waiting for his reply
abhay-"ummm... ok fine now . lets go"
kabir-"i m really sorry"
abhay(smiling)-"no need. friends doesn't say sorry"
kabir-"thanks mann"
abhay-"no thanks also (to pia)its rude to stare"
and all of them laugh and pia feel embarrassed but too laugh with them.
pia-"aahhh...i doesn't mind staring."
misha-"ok now we should held towards pub and its celebration time. yupppieee"
abhay-"ok guys.. its going to be my treat "
pia-"u will regret"
abhay-"lets see who regret"
and then pia-misha sits in abhay car and shanker-ruhi-angad sits in kabir car and head towards pub
