He was being selfish but atleast he came forward to help the Raichands even if its for his personal selfish reasons...he knows that they have to get Abhay back anyhow or else all hopes will come to an end. I on't even feel like watching the episodes anymore. They repeat all the dialogues again and again in order to stretch the epi for half an hour and it is evident.
