Hi guys...
This is my very first post...
From the very first day Pyaar kii ye ek kahaani was telecast Abhay Raichand has undoubtedly been the most mysterious and intriguing charecter for me.But as the show progressed the metamorphosis of his make believe persona of being a rude and indifferent dude to a passionate lover has been amazing... As the days go by the false layers surrounding him slowly peel off to reveal the most sincere, thoughtful and caring heart that it seems to me that he is too good to be true...
The way he cares for everyone and helps people without expecting anything in return is unbelievable...And that too without expecting a single drop of love for himself...
Eventhough at the start of the show he behaved as though he hated his parents... The extreme depth of love he has for them is too overwhelming that it leaves me wondering if it is the same Abhay who told Haseena that since she was not his birth mother she should keep away from interfering in his life. How can anyone forget the scene when Abhay Raichand cried out in agony and despair inside the boxing ring when he had to save his father. And the love and affection he showered on Haseena when she was going through difficult times was just beyond my words...
We are shown in flashbacks that as a human Abhay Raichand was very innocent and sweet... I am confused as to how he retained his innocence and remained a pure soul in the dark world of the immortals. He still somehow has that innocent gleam in his eyes that reflects his virgin soul which has long been gone from the mortal realm.
If Haseena being such a mature vampire cannot control her bloodthirst... then how come Abhay Raichand, a young vampire (compared to Haseena) do it with ease? Abhay has every reason to lash out at this world and society that seperated him from his love. He could have killed every soul that was responsible for his much hated afterlife and the loss of his love who was more precious to him than life itself... But why doesn't he do it?
As a lover, Abhay stands unparalleled as his love for both Maithali and Piya was as voluminous as all the seas put together.
This only leaves a small smile in the corner of my lips that in the world where men become ruthless creatures a monster stands as a personification of humanity...What an irony!!!
Hey!!! so this was my first post... In case you like it and want to read more from me please leave lots of loving comments...
Thank you,
