UPDATE-2

The huge room was lit up with thousands of candles glowing in every corner of the room. Brightness and light was bursting out all over. But the shimmering light of the candles couldn't touch her eyes, making that one part of the room dark as a black hole. She sat beside the bed, holding his hands with hers. Her tearful eyes never leaving his face. As Abhay struggled between life and death, Piya too, struggled between two worlds inside her. Her heart filled with agony and pain, struggled to keep her hope alive, and her mind, raged and perplexed as how to bring Abhay back at any cost.

Behind at a corner of the room, Haseena hovered like a lost soul. With Abhay's unconsciousness, Piya's pain was adding to her miseries. As she looked at her from the corner of her eyes, Haseena's heart ached in utter pain and agony. She wondered how a human can love an undead beyond her sanity and her self. But then, wasn't Piya always like this. It was like Piya had fought with the stars to bring Abhay in her life, as if she was born only to love Abhay and no one. And now seeing Abhay like this, Haseena very well understood what Piya was going through...it was like Abhay has taken away Piya's soul as he lay unconscious on the bed.

Haseena came forward and as she sat on the bed beside Abhay, she kept a soft hand on Piya's head. Looking at Abhay, softly Haseena said;

"You know…in all this 200yrs of life; Abhay had wandered like a nomad from one place to another, in search of that one, miracle. One miracle that can show him a ray of light in his dark life, one miracle that can bring back that human in him which was lost in the monster self, one miracle that can give him a hope to survive, one miracle that can make his dead heart… beat."

Piya (with a choked voice): Am sorry aunty, for Abhay… never got his miracle.

Haseena (with a faint smile): Yes he did. Its you.

Piya looked up at Haseena with a blank face, a tear rolled down on her cheeks.

Piya (with a trembling voice): How can I be a miracle aunty? When it's because of me, Abhay is laying here like this….I

Before she could finish her words, Haseena hushed her, wiping the tears from Piya's cheeks.

Haseena: No, Piya no. Don't ever say like this. It's not your fault my child. You have always been Abhay's greatest strength. His only reason to survive. As a vampire, Abhay thinks that he doesn't have any soul, but I know, his soul resides in you. Nothing in this world can compare to the love you have for Abhay, Piya. Though the magical potion can save Abhay, but deep inside my heart I know, it's only your love that can bring Abhay back from his death-bed. Your love is above everything…don't ever let that go!

Just then, like a vision, Haseena had flashes of something and her head snapped up.

Piya looking at Haseena asked with a concerned voice,

Piya: Aunty, are you alright?

Haseena confused and perplexed, got a hold on herself

Haseena: Yes Piya, I am fine… I will be back, ok.

Saying this, she stormed out of the room.

Downstairs in the hall of Raichand mansion,

Alina getting restless and agitated finally spoke up

Alina: What are we waiting for! We have to do something soon. We have the potion with us…we only have 24 hours in our hand for crying out loud!

Saying this she broke down crying. Arnab came around and holding Alina by her shoulder tried to calm her down.

Arnab: Calm down Alina…please, you have to be strong. You only said to Piya, it's no time to get weak, and then control your self child. We can't break down like this. For Abhay's sake we have to be strong.

Standing near the window, Chand looked out, this night seemed to be the darkest night in the history of his world, he turned around and looked at Alina and Arnab. He felt hollow inside. In his entire lifetime, he never had felt so helpless ever. His principles and rules have never seemed to be so useless and fake like it seemed now. Nothing mattered to him now, but his son. And he have to save him some how.

Moving away from the window, Chand said: The potion, where is the potion?

Alina and Arnab looked up at Chand in surprise.

Arnab: What do you mean where it is?

Chand (sternly): Abhay have hid the potion some where and none of us know where it is. No one knows the hidden place.

Shock and fear spread across Arnab and Alina's face. They couldn't believe their ears. Before they could ask further questions to Chand, a voice from behind made their heads turns.

"I guess, I might know where the potion is." Spoke Haseena.

Chand, Arnab and Alina looked at Haseena with surprise in their eyes. Haseena came down the stairs and stood beside Chand.

Chand: What are you saying Haseena? Did Abhay say you anything?

Haseena: No. He didn't. But I just had a vision of something…I couldn't make what exactly it was. But it seemed like a ruined tomb somewhere in the forest, and then…I saw Abhay.

Everyone looked at her with shocked faces, except for Chand. His calmed features stated that, he had expected this to happen. Still looking a bit surprised, he asked.

Chand: How can that be Haseena? Are you sure about it?

Haseena (hesitating): Yes, if I had this vision then, it has to mean something. We have to find out soon.

Alina: Yes, uncle….we have to go inside the forest and look for it. I will use my powers to find the potion.

Chand: But Alina…you are weak now. Will you be able to do it?

Alina (with a faint smile): I can do anything to save Abhay.

Chand: Alright then, we have to leave right now. We have to find this tomb.

As they were about to leave, Chand turned around and stopped Arnab.

Chand (with a calmed voice): Mr. Dobriyal, you should stay out of this. It can be dangerous for you, you are human and weak. I appreciate what you have done for my son and my family but I insist that you stay here. You will be safe.

Arnab (getting a bit irritated): Mr. Raichand, how can I stay here and be safe, when upstairs there is my daughter whom I have promised to save her love's life at any cost, and how can I not risk my life for Abhay, when he has saved my daughter's life with all his powers and love. I owe him this. I may be a mere weak human, but still am ready to face any danger to save Abhay's life. Please Mr. Raichand, let me come along…please!

Stunned at his words, Chand just nodded and all of them stormed out.

Forest

Some where in the middle of the woods, the silence of the forest was ripped apart by an earsplitting howl of pain. The sound ricocheted off though the forest and filled the air so that it seared from every direction. The howl tore the forest like a tornado. A big chunk of wood spattered across the ground, as tears of anguish, hurt and suffering roll down his cheeks. Blistering with agony, Jeh Khurana vented out his torment cries.
