"fine i lose" said Abhay giving up his pretence..." boy accpeting my defeat never felt dis good" he said laughing for the first time in months... all these months since Pia had given him a new lease of life all he could think of was how to keep Pia safe which was pretty much a full time job...n den the permanent wolf hazard for his family...Pia's happiness... his father's almost death.. Pia's impending engagement to his rivals... Pia' hatred for him...pia pia pia n more pia were all he cud think about... some of the thoughts were worrying and the others were... well more worrying... probably the only comforting thoughts were his memories with pia and which she didn even know of given that she'd lost her memory or rather was snatched away frm her... the former thought comforted him while the latter jus depressed him further... but after months he felt free... confiding his love for her in two people he knew were very close to her gave him a sense of relief... he knew that some how now there was a chance to put things where they belonged... but the question still remained.. how?

"thank you abhay... atleast i didnt hv to break our pact... birdie aaj pehli baar m proud to cal u my sis... u used ur rusted brains... " misha teased...
"oh really misha?? wwell now u can use ur fine tuned brain n help abhay figure out how to win Pia back..." Panchi retorted
"thanks panchi thats exactly what i was thinking... " abhay sounded relieved...

"well first thing u can do is stop dat engagement...expose the khurana's my friend!!!" mish exclaimed...

"shez ryt abhay " n all three of them turned to see... it was chand n haseena standing there...
"abhay shez ur life dnt spend the rest of ur life regretting not being with her..." said haseena..
chand didn know how to say it so he simply gave him a look of assurance...abhay knew that his father had granted him permission...
"fine lets begin with this..."

1 hour later at Dobriyal house
" so u see Arnab jinse aap pia ki shaadi kara rahe ho... he's living on a borrowed identity... no one knows who they are or where they r from..." said chand
arnab was too shocked to say anythin... madhu was crying n thanking god dat neither ppanchi nor pia had gotten married in that family...
"all i can say is that thank you mr Raichand" arnad said..."u've saved pia from doom..."
" itz our dutyy Arnab..."
the Raichands were leaving n Pia was crying in her room...
misha n panchi came to her room... Pia had still not forgiven misha... nw the story here was that misha had groown impatient n irritated with abhay's tyaagiraam nature n so she'd told pia everything long back.. pia felt bad n hurt n was very angry with misha...bt she somewhere in her heart was grateful that the abhisha relationship was just a drama n she admired misha's nerve for admitting it...
they came n consoled her... she spent the whole evening crying on misha's shoulder while panchi tried feedin her some carbs coz she believed they were the best anti-depressants...
" u know Pia this whole thing that happend is a gud sign" panchi said
" how's it a gud sign panch?? " pia weeped
"ur life didnt get ruined... n plus i think abhay finally has the nerve to aadmit his love for u..."
"he doesnt love me!!!! "
" then why did he take such a huge risk...find out this info , drive like a maniac... come n tell our parents the truth..."
"coz he owes me that much honesty"
" no he dusnt... pia plz accept it he loves u..."
this conversation played on pia's mind the whole nyt...
the next morning pia had decided something...
she texted abhay "meet me in the library in n hour"
abhay was surprised n so he decided to surprise her as well.." anything for you my love..."
he knew that the last two words would surprise her n plus it was a relief to say them aloud...

abhay reached the library early n was pretending to browse through some books... n suddenly he saw pia entering in a sunshine yellow dress... she looked like a ray of hope...how he'd do anything do get her back n tell her how much he loved her...how he'd love to hug her n make her feel like a princess... he loved his princess so much n yet thhe pain of her hving 2 not remeber all this seared deeply through him...

she stood infront of him... " thanks for saving me from being ruined..."
"it was my duty... its a part of the job description of a knight in shining armour"
" dont b under the impression that this'll change evrythning..."
" i'm not... bt all i know is that with all my soul i love u Pia..."
"wen i said that u spurned me away toh main kyu na tumse badla loon??"
"kyuki tum bhi mujhse pyaar karti ho!!"

"thik hai pia... its 20 days left to your birthday...main na sirf tumhe inn 20 days mein apne pyaar ka yakeen dilaoonga but also tumhe humari purani yaadein bhi yaad dila doonga"

abhay paused..he swore to himself that he wnt use his powers to remind her of the past... he shook her hand.."deal pia"
