I guess the powers vanished with that saving scene.

And as for reading minds, even with Abhay and the other vampires who have the power always, its only used whenever writers feels to use it, otherwise its as its not there at all🤔,lol

When Abhay cured her while biting himself, he told that through this treatment Piya will lose her vampire power.

So there is nothing illogical here. Thanks.

abhay while saving pia said that she will nt be vamp anymore. i think chandeena said this because maybe pia was saved by abhay by giving his blood to pia (remember they showed abhay cutting his wrist). and anyways have any of u noticed that wen abhay was saving pia they showed that the it was a full moon night...
