its just a scripted scene...she is a friend to everyone...she just fulfill her friendship duties...

but the scenes is definetly odd...instead of abhay...panchi should have shown that gesture to piya...since piya is her younger sis...i think bloopers from the Cvs...

anyways i love the new developement...how abhay is breathing life once again with love for piya and friendship for misha-panchi-ruhi...

was that a hug...i don't even think it was a hug...😕...she just placed her hand on abhay's shoulder to cheer him up like a true friend...infact she hugged sid when he tells her the party can be hosted in his residence...😳😳...also the magical three letter words "I Love You Sid"

SidChi hug was adorable...😳...forget abhay-panchi...and lets discuss SidChi hug...because we will never able to see that hug again...as the night is near of sid's exposure...

Sorry, but I didn't find it weird in any way. And that was not even a proper hug, it was a quick shoulder squeeze, as she was passing by jovially. Piya was on the other side of Abhay that's why perhaps Panchi didn't bother hugging her. It was extremely casual gesture. Let's not delve too much into this silly thing. This issue is trivial and yet is perceived to be a sensitive one and many people are eagerly waiting to get a reason to bash the actors on personal grounds. Let's not give them that excuse.

@Mages I don't think Abhay was ever friendly towards Panchi. For your information it is not Abhay who saved Panchi from Danish it was the joint efforts of Pia, Misha, Maya and Kabir. Abhay only saves Pia. Abhay worked as her assistant for 2 days at Sid's Office where she was sort of Boss to him. And Bosses do not get too friendly with employees. Whatever relationship or rapport Panchi has towards Abhay is only because of Piya. It did not make any sense in her cheering up (as you say) Abhay when there were obviously other people who needed that comfort. The gesture definitely was odd and felt like the Actress did it in excitement rather than it being part of the script. For Abhay ...there is only one friend and that is Piya. He may protect others in her family too ...but it is only because he does not want to see Piya sad or because they are people important to Piya.
