piya is not totally transfer to vampire........she is just in first step.......so she can be cured.................but abhay is alreadly transfer to vampire and cannot transfer to human again..........i guess😊

I think they'll give a detail thing on it later on like what could be done to cure a human who was gonna be a vampire like Piya.May be chand can throw some light on it.
