Abhay has changed

Abhay confessed his luv to piya to protect her but we all know dat d true reason is he loves her a lot no matter what might be d obstacle he will always support her and be with her. Abhay bits piya to protect piya frm sid and so d blood is exchanged between them and so piya is also becoming a vampire. But abhay also has changed a lot and his rudeness towards piya is no more which can be seen in his hot and killer smile. I think as d blood between them is exchanged so abhay has changed which can be understood wen he keeps piya telling i luv u many times especially wen they r alone,i know dat 1 i luv u frm abhay to piya is enough but abhay has used it many times and i liked it.what do u think friends abhay has changed rapidly after dat night and his love for piya had increased?
