Mysterious ring

I know sid is trying all his evil plan just to get d ring which is very powerful and knows very well dat it is with the raichands.but why d superiors gave dat most powerful ring to them. What might be d reason for dat. Do they have more powerful ring den dat or they have a factory of rings and gave one to chand for protection. I simply couldn't understand. What do u think friends about dis and plz comment what might b d reason?
