Hanif Hilal who was last seen in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa (and got replaced due to differences with Gauhar Khan) is now entering a daily soap produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms.

According to our source, "Hanif will be part of Desi Twilight, titled Fanaa on Star One. He will be playing friend of the female lead. Vivan Bhatena and Vivian D'sena have been shortlisted to play the male lead and Ekta Kapoor is looking for a fresh female lead."

When contacted Hanif he told Tellybuzz, "I am trying to get into acting and I have given many auditions but nothing is confirmed yet."

From what can be deduced with the present information, Hanif will most probably enact the character of Jacob Black portrayed by Taylor Lautner in the original Twilight.

If at all the werewolves are entering , that means, Abhay-Sid union to fight them for the protection of their clan. Makes sense. Entry of werewolves coinciding with entry of Sid into Abhay's life.

It may not be such a mish-mash if handled well. Right now, we need factors that put Abhay-Sid together and not make them draw out each-other's blood in the hatred that they profess more than they feel.
