There is definitely a possibility that she might have turned Abhay and left him maybe. The pain in his eyes were evident. The way he spoke to Piya about Maithali gave me goosebumps. Vampire Diary plagerism or not is not the question here because the story could go either way. But Abhay has a torch for Maithali but the mask is slipping away and Piya is controlling Abhay's emotion whether he likes it or not.
The show is unfolding pretty well with a potential scope to bring in new players and develop so many possibilities. I can't wait to see what else is in store for us viewers,
