See, I dont mind the damsel in distress much, but not an overdose of it, 🤔 It just portrays that the damsel is either clumsy or prone to accidents or attracts too much trouble!

@ Ka7eela - Wonderfully said. I agree with all your points. But what I meant by weak is what Steffz said in the above post. Clumsy, prone to accidents and all. I dont mind the damsel in distress theory. I just dont like an overdose of it. Dont you think Piya has gone through a LOT of accidents since the show has started ? And magically, everytime Abhay is the one to save her. The whole show cannot be about this Falling-in-danger-and-getting rescued thing right ? I want Piya to be 'stronger', I want to see that side of her. Something diffrent. @ Steffz - LOL. You crack me up !!

Maybe she is prone to accidents, who knows?? Its normal also. Its quite possible she's not very graceful and hence, clumsy and prone to accidents! I'm talking out of experience. I'm also very clumsy and accident prone. I bang into stuff and trip over things left and right and my arms and legs are permanently covered in bruises. I just don't have anyone coming to save me though *sigh*

But yes, I can understand what you're trying to say. I don't really like the idea of females being projected as the weaker sex either. I'm kind of glad I don't have people to take care of me all the time! I prefer taking care of myself. I loathe being dependent on other people! And even if I am, I try my best not to show it. But Princess Piya is not like me. So, I don't mind her falling into Abhay's arms every episode!😃

i know what you are getting at!..but hey if she doesn't end up in trouble all the time then we wouldn't have the chance to see more of Aphay and Piya !😉..cause up to now they are like hating each others guts!..

@ Chill Out🤣..poor you! no one to the rescue!!😛...btw i am not a damsel in the destresss type! nor clumsy!..how unlucky me😆..but there were many times when like i was in trouble and voila! there always be some handsome hunk come up to ma rescue😳 .. seriously!

the only problem is the rescue started and ended in the spots! ..wish i have a stalker like Abhay who would sense me all the time!..hai🤣

hope you will get him soon..and me too! 😆btw am kidding about the stalking part!..its creepy in real life!..i don't want anyone to stalk me!..btw am kind of amused!😛

i get freaked out when someone follows me around, like when i am in ma car or out somewhere, its really scary i tell you!..it doesn't matter how handsome the dude looks..its still creepy!..many times i would call ma parents and few times i called the police too!

just cos a girl is fragile doesn nec mean she's weak. Yes bella had lots of traits like coordination problem and being a trouble magnet bt she isn nec weak. In twilight she herself went to face James instd of letting her vamp friends deal with it. In breaking dawn it was her shield that was used to protect the vampires and werewolves against the volturi.

i dont think pia is weak ,abla nari protected by men which indicates girls r weak but i think abhay is too over protective towards pia,as pia she has grown alone without anyone s suport n today the way she talked to abhay i just loved her attitude ,she directly questioned like the way i would question ,i think she is much responsible but wat can one do wen one is surrounded by evils like T.
