Oh my, this seems to be a DMG forum reunion and lol that too before the show is finished. I'm sure more DMG fans will filter in later but nonetheless it's so good to see familiar faces, er ids ;p

@FollowYourHeart: Oh I don't think that being an extrovert or a rebel is a male characteristic. I just think that in Indian shows they show that as a stereotype hence it's the 'tomboys' or the 'modern' girls who are like that. I'm not sure if Misha is a tom boy or not but she definitely seems to be a strong personality (which I like). However we have to wait and watch to see how she truly will be as a character.
I can't talk about the Remix character b/c as I said I didn't watch the show and I just heard she was like a tomboy. So I really don't know.

It's so good to see you here...lol even though ur a KaJen fan ;p I joke, I joke.

Hmm I had forgotten about the jacket bit, but ya I definitely liked that alot. She wasn't sad or whiny about it at all, rather she looked at it in a positive manner. Lol I didn't see the kalli billi bit but it seems a bit funny....nonetheless there's a lot more to come and I hope it's good :D

Long time! I thought you disappeared forever. Okay get your paper done and then watch, but it's really the last scene that's worth a watch so if ur short on time, then make sure to just catch that.

Well I am not and never have been an SR fan but I was an ArSh fan, and I have been quite sympathetic to Sid and SR in the recent past hence I don't think we were on "opposite" sides.

Harpreet.M: It was boring, eh? The end was sorta good but I'm not having any expectations from this show (been disappointed a number of times with Indian shows). I'll just take it one episode at a time...

dipu: Thanks, and yes the Twilight similarities are there and then after reading the recent interviews I'm getting even more confident that it will follow a similar storyline. But it's best not to judge this early...I hope for their sake, it's different.

lol I agree with you seert...its better not to keep high expectations with Indian telly...you will end up disapppointed for sure...this is how I enjoy all the shows I watch...I watch with zero expecatations...so the show ends up surprising me😆

Yup I was in the DMG forum...lol I love how I keep meeting DMG forum members here.
Oh you know I'm not a Twilight fan. Period. So I don't want any of the characters to be like the Twilight ones, but nevertheless I do wanna see how it's treated in an Indian show (and that too an Ekta one). Purely based on the very first episode (and nothing else), Pia/Piya seems like a strong character and unlike Bella. Abhay on the other hand *might* turn out to be like Edward...I think we may have to see the show to be a better judge.
And yes I'm sooo happy that Sukirti isn't in shalwar kameez. It's such a welcome change from the typical India tv heroines!

@Tani91: I know, eh? Always keep 0 expectations so that you're not disappointed. I have been disappointed with a particular show in the past and I've learned my lesson. I don't even plan on having any favorites here...at least for now.

@yasu09: As much as I would love for her to retain this spunk and be very gutsy, I'm not expecting that. It IS an Ekta show at the end of the day and if they are borrowing from Twilight (which they seem to be to a certain degree) then Piya/Pia may not be that 'gutsy' or 'feisty'. I hope I am wrong though.
