I'm no expert nor part of media industry, so usually try to comment on BARC only with some facts after reading, analysing, understanding how systems work on influencing audience interests along with external factors, by considering varying view points too, how differently it impacts old or new shows. Here IF has many of my old posts/comments over the years in various forum pages on this subject of BARC / TRPs be it old or new fiction shows, including here in RM.

Been noticing this regularly here, so have to put it here itself.

If TRP's showcase a rise in BARC weekly charts, few people online readily jump for claims, 'numbers are up because of SOME actress or FL solely '😛 or 'just because producer/writers followed my/our creative ideas'. Really?

btw few always have 'ready made excuses' when TRPs are down too, that 'its because Zeetv releases premium episodes online in advance on Zee5 app'.👏 'FL or some actress or content or plots going on has NOTHING to do with the fall, or may be some sports events are impacting TRPs'.😛Ofcourse next step is, blame audiences or Star Plus.

This knowledge (or lack of it) of few claims on BARC system or current Hindi TV audiences attention spans or Zeetv marketing strategies or alternate competition is simply bouncing, when without even attempting to do proper root cause analysis or investing into understanding various facts plus opinions, they rush to make blunt claims. 😒

Stable with loyal viewership build but needs to build more and stronger viewership base for that they need major twist and high voltage drama with someone from Radha side killed or death sequence to build more sympathy factor her being left alone and between Radha and Mohan some issues. But leading to their wedding. 😉
