Mandira will surely plan something big. Shakti will have to struggle a lot. I think there will be two phases. Purnendu said Sati went against Mahadev's advice and visited her father's place, which ended with her sacrificing herself. Then she took birth as Parvati and went through years of penance before reuniting with Mahadev. Something similar might happen here too. First phase of Shiv Shakti's story will start with their marriage, Shakti's college life and end with their separation. Second phase will begin with Dr Shakti and Shiv. They'll surely have to go through many difficulties before reuniting again.

I have my doubts about Purnendu. I think he's just pretending to side with Mandira with a bigger agenda. May be he is indeed a well-wisher of Shiv.

@Bold- I am actually excited for this track specially coz of the parallels But i don't think it will take years here.. After sati's phase i feel shakti will come back stronger and would be a true challenge to Mandira.. Also, they can use Shakti's promise to shiv here. When shakti will leave, shiv might ask her to not go and remind her of his promise.. Just like sati didn't understand mahadev and went anyways which resulted in her sacrificing herself... Shakti will leave too..

@Underlined- I think 50-50 at this moment.. but you are right he could just be pretending.. At the end of the day he wanted shiv shakti to be married... Maybe have to give him more episodes to truly judge him... My purnendu heart needs him to be on shiv shakti's side
