@ sabrina - My intention was not to twist your words rather I was simply saying we cannot start off with new DT members for new forums but as the shows progress there will def. be more additions being added to the DT :) And actually new DT members are exactly like babies. They do need to be taught all the rules of the sections and above all they have to be taught how to deal with members. Dealing with members is a requirement of DT that cannot be met before being part of the team so someone has to oversee the member to DT interaction :)

Plus there were new DT additions even in this promotion list where completely new members were signed onto the DT and the main thing was that they had someone more experienced being promoted along with them :)

And once again, I didn't intend to twist your words as you know that is not my style.
