Chapter 8
"Stop." Aarti pulled Yash back when he was about to step on wet floor close to staircase.
"Are you blind ? Can't you see this place is wet." She almost shout in anger. Yash look at her feel happy that she again talking to him, though she is talking in anger.
"Aarti how I know this place is wet ?" Yash looked water on the white tiles thinking from where this water come from.
"Enough, do you even know if anything happen to you then your mother will again point finger only on me." She told why she saved him.
"So you saved me just because you don't want to blamed by maa ?" Yash looked her felt badly hurt to see her treating him like some stranger. She turned away from him know she can lie to him but her eyes can't.
"Look here when I'm asking something." Yash pulled her to himself.
"Yes, happy now leave me." She try to show his hand away but he hold her tight.
"Don't do this Mishty." Yash say helplessly.
Flashback...
Yash's flat room..
"I hate this Prashant, why he always try to get close to you ?" Aarti looked Yash, he is standing in from of window with grumpy face.
"Don't be angry Yash I know own you an explanation, wo Actually When I didn't find you in college today so I ask Shelly to drop me here but she has already make plan of shopping with Avni, Though Prashant knew we both are dating but still he drop me here." She told him.
"Did I ask explanation ?" He stare at her in anger can't believe that she come up with an explanation.
"Sorry." She made baby face aware that he is just jealous. He tuned his back to her.
"You are so cute! my jealous cutie!!" She cutely hugged him from back.
"I'm not jealous and don't you dare call me cutie." He warned pushing her hands away.
"Oh god! my cutie is so angry." She cup her own face n made a fake shocking face.
"Don't." He glared her for again celling him cutie.
"I will, stop me if you can Mr. Jealous Shindhiya." She pulled him closer by his T-shirt collar.
"You." He looked away freeing his collar, he is already angry because of Prashant and top of that she is annoying him by celling him cutie.
"Cutie, cutie, cutie, my adorable cutie!!" She sung jumping around him, loving teasing him.
"Stop it." He hold her arm super annoyed.
"Cu." And before she again call him cutie, he mute her by pecked her lips tightly but then got what just he did seeing her shocking face then he find her sad.
"Yash this is one weak since we expressed our love for each other but still we didn't share our first kiss." She told feeling sad thinking why didn't they shared their first kiss until now.
"I want this distance between us to gone." She looked the space between them. He adoringly look her loving how she express her feelings without any second thought.
"Yash!!" She curled her arms around his shoulders.
"Mishty!!" Whisper lost in her eyes he wrapped his hand around her waist, lowered on her face to wipe the distance between their lips.
"Cutie!!" She murmur in between their kiss loving the name he give her. he smile hearing her and angled her head for better access of her mouth.
"Chocolate!" His groan remind her that she has eat in her way of his flat, her palm run from his chest up his shoulder to fist his thick hair. He picked her up without breaking their kiss, she hold him tight hugging his shoulders, he moved to bed and lowered her into her back, pressing her soft figure with the full length of his body. He pulled back and lie on his side when they both feel short of breath.
"You know you are as possessive about me as vampire and werewolf in those English movies." She shook her head smiling.
"Oh Mishty don't underestimate me." He say staring roof of his room.
"Means ?" She looked at him.
"Means I'm more possessive about you." He told as his gaze sifted from roof to her face.
"Oh come on, I was just kidding." She laugh.
"But I'm not, understand one thing Aarti you are mine." He possessively comes over her.
"Yash no." She blush glancing into his intense eyes, she know something going into his mind.
"Oh yes now let me show you." He smirk at her and hold her wrists to her head with his one hand.
"What are you doing ?" She ask feel her heart beating faster as she feel his palm moving over her bare waist in the gape between her blue top and white jeans.
"Do you trust me ?" He asked in his soft baritone, leaving her wrists.
"More then myself." she touch his bare arm staring down to his face, he is bearing a sleeveless brown color T-shirt.
"Do you love me ?" She teased him.
"More then yourself." He peck her nose smiling, she giggle and hugged him. they both heard the thunder sound.
"Rain." She pushed him from her.
"Aarti." He gasp when she suddenly pushed him but she paid no attention to him and beamed like a kid jumping out of bed but not before pulling him with her.
"I don't like rain." He said making a disgusting face.
"Do you like me ?" She asked seriously.
"This is not even a question Mishty, of course I not just like but love you." He told like she asked most stupid question.
"Oh then you should love rain also because I love rain." She say before dragged him to balcony in the rain.
Back to present...
"Mishty ??" She looked him unbelievably & so was Yash surprised as to why and what he just name her.
"I." Yash phone ring to distract them.
"Prateek, yes I'm coming." He cut call n looked Aarti before leaving.
"I don't know what should I feel ? happy that you again call me Mishty." She stare him with her wet eyes walking down the staircase.
"Or should I take my revenge." She thought when her eyes move to the wet floor.
"Why I saved you when I myself want you to die by slipping from here." She thought and restlessly her hand went to neck to hold mangalsutra.
"What happening with me ?" She cried looking down at her empty neck.

"Why I called her Mishty ?" Yash sat in his cabin thinking about his dreams and the name he took.
"Can this be connected to my dreams ? Aarti looks shock but why ?" He remember Aarti surprised face.
"Everything is so confusing." In frustration he slammed the file on the table that he was reading.
"Bhai let's go." Prateek comes to his cabin to inform about their meeting.

"I liked!! Its great Mr.Yash." Mr. Taylor praised Yash after the presentation.
"I did nothing, this is all Prateek's hard work, actually I'm just a helper, to be honest I don't even know the C of construction so all the praise goes to Prateek and my father Mr.Suraj Pratap Shindhiya." Yash told his father name proudly & give side hug to Prateek.
"Great work young man." Mr.Taylor shake hand with Prateek.
"Thanks sir and bhai but you can't give me all the credit, you did help us equally so the credit goes to you too." Prateek did make Yash feel proud.
"Love the bond." Mr. Taylor smile at both the brothers.

"Hello." Gayatri picked up SM landline phone.
"What." She shocked, After some time Gayatri Yash, Prateek reach Yash office.
"Ashvin How this happen ?" Gayatri ask shocked to see Yash office burning in fire.
"Don't know actually I get a call and that same person called fire brigade also." Ashvin said the man who use to work there as watchman, They see the fire is already in control now. Yash find a small name plat of his name "Advocate Yash Shindhiya" Yash hold his head as some memory flashed in front of his eyes.
("Forgive me." Yash pulled him in a hug.
"You are my only family Yash, please stop treat me like some stranger." He hold Yash tight.)
"Bhai are you alright ?" Prateek find Yash murmuring something.
"Yash" Gayatri worriedly hold his arm.
"Hmm." Yash nodded but still feel headache.
"You come here and Prateek give him water bottle." She pulled Yash to car.
"Maa I'm okay, don't take tension please." Yash say but Prateek hand him water bottle.
"Tell me Yash what are you stressing over ? This office ? If so then you don't have to beta, I will tell your bauji he will build a new office for you and believe me 10 times better then this one." Gayatri told she don't even care if she is sounding like some over protective mother.
"Maa you sit here and take a deep breath." Yash stand from his seat and make Gayatri sit there, Prateek smile at his mother so does Yash.
"Now listen I'm not stressing and I don't want a office, not this & not even new one, I'm more then enough happy working with Prateek." Yash say and finally Gayatri take a deep breath of relief.
"Adi." Prateek see adi name flashing on his phone screen as caller id.
"Bhai you go back home and I'm leaving to office." Prateek told after talking with adi.
"No I'm too coming with you." Yash said but Gayatri try to stop him.
"Maa I'm perfectly fine." He told before opening Prateek car door as Prateek already started the car.
"Rahul take maa home." He order driver before their car zoomed away. In their way back to SC Yash thought again went back to his dreams.
"What actually happened with me before my memory lose ?" And who was that guy ? Maybe Prateek, but he never call me by my name." Yash thought but can't get out the blurred image of that guy from his mind.

Evening..
Shindhiya Construction..
"Bhai this bag is yours right ?" Prateek ask when Ashvin take out a bag from the car.
"I don't know." Yash looked bag but can't remember anything.
"Its okay bhai, actually ashvin ring me before coming here so." Prateek know he asked wrong question. Three of them went to Prateek cabin.
"By the way, where you find this bag ?" Yash ask when Prateek taking out some files from bag.
"Sir when I was emptying your office for renovation that time I saw this in one of the room though nothing much damaged." Ashvin told everything to yash.
"But why these files in this bag ?" Prateek ask confused.
"This look like someone hide these files in this bag." Yash say.
"I think you are right but bhai in your office who can do this ?" Prateek question.
"Can I take these files ?" Yash ask curious to know what is there in these files so someone hide them.
"Don't ask, these are yours & you can take them without anyone permission." Prateek close bag and hand over to yash.
Night 09:30
"Bhai let's go." Prateek open Yash's cabin door.
"Prateek just one more file." Yash about to pick up last file from the bag.
"You read all the files ?" Prateek ask coming inside.
"Yeah but I didn't find anything important, let me check this last one also." Yash said but Prateek stop him.
"Bhai leave it, you can check this tomorrow. see the time maa called me some time back." Yash looked the time and remember about Aarti, he didn't even called her today.
"Yeah let's go." Yash get up from his chair and leave the files on table itself.

Night 10:00
Aarti restlessly look at door of their room worried for Yash. As yash enter in room she instantly looked away.
"I'm sorry." Yash know he is too late today and even forget to ring her about his late arrival.
"Listen to me." Yash saw her going out of their room without even giving him a look.
"She is angry on me for coming late." He sadly think and went to bathroom, coming out he see her sleeping or say laying on bed because he know she can't sleep without him beside her.
"Jaan come na, you know I can't eat alone." He see his dinner plate on glass table in front of coach and know she went to bring this only. She heard him but didn't reply.
"I said sorry, now come please." He waited for her to speak. She again paid not attention to his words and pretend to in sleep.
"I know you are not sleeping." Yash stand in front of her.
"So you are not going to listen right." He ask last time.
"Yash." Aarti gasp in surprise as Yash picked her up in his arms.
"You know I don't like to eat alone and specially without you." He look her face when she is trying hard to stop herself meeting his eyes. He made her sit on sofa, he too sit in front of her, put away the extra plate from food.
"I'm not hungry." She told about to getup but Yash hold her on place.
"Why are you punishing yourself for my deeds ?" He ask remember how sometime back Paridhi told him that Aarti not had anything since morning.
"And why you think so I'm that stupid to even affect by a man like you." She said just to show him that how much she hates him.
"Because you love me." He told smile sadly.
"Love and you ? Really do you even know the meaning of love ? I hope you come out of your dreamland soon." She mocked just hating what he said.
"I love you and Its not my dream or illusion but reality & you too love me but problem is that you just don't want to except it because of something I did to you, but we say na "Real feelings don't just disappear" so you too can't switch off love for me in your heart." He tell & the intensity in his eyes and his words for a moment make her forget everything around her to just stare him lost.
"Okay leave all this fight and let's have our dinner, I'm really hungry." He said smiling, try to not show her that he is actually hurt by her hateful words for him. She turned her face away as he hold a spoonful rice for her.
"Please." He request turned her to himself holding her arm.
"You very well know how to force me." She taunt him.
"I never forces you for anything until now." He just don't know how can he prove that he truly love her and can't think of hurting her even in his dreams too.
"Bhaabi." They both heard Paridhi voice.
"You forget this water bottle on kitchen slab." Paridhi come inside to give bottle.
"Thanks Pari." Aarti smile at her taking Battle from her hand.
"Good night." She wishes both before leaving room.
"Aarti please if you don't want to eat then okay, I will too not going to touch it." Yash said seeing her moving to bed.
"Then in morning, if gopi tell maa I didn't eat anything seeing this food filled." Yash try a last time so she eat her dinner but Aarti turned to him in anger.
"So in your hidden words you are blackmailing me ?" Yash see her bloodshot eyes.
"No Jaan, you are taking me wrong." Yash say but aarti show him hand to stop.
"Just stop it and why are you after me to feed this dinner hmm tell me, did you mix anything so I die after having this?" Aarti for a moment forget in her anger what actually she is talking.
"Aarti." Yash shout at her, he can't believe that she thinks he can kill her.
"What's wrong with you damnit." Yash shake her angrily.
"Yash." She said in her low voice, feel her head Spinning and she fell in his arms.
"Aarti." His anger vanish into thin air seeing her pale face.
"Drink please." He hurriedly take her to sofa n made her drink water.
"From how long I'm saying to eat something but no madam is more interested in fighting with me." he think this weakness is because she didn't had anything from morning.
"Now eat this and dare you utter a word more." He feed her a little, she look down crying.
"Can't we start a fresh life ? Forgetting every bitter memory's." Yash pulled her in his arms seeing her crying silently.
"How can I forget what you did to me ? How tell me please ?" She sobbed so wanted to hug him back to cry her heart out but her mind again remined her that he is her culprit.

"Nothing will happen to you." entering in hospital a man made a girl lay on stretcher.
"Doctor, doctor" he shouted for doctor.
"Doctor please save her, please." he beg crying when doctor come in front of him.
"Please." Aarti sleep break hearing Yash blubbering in his sleep.
"Yash." she shakes him, he open eyes n restlessly looked everywhere for someone but he don't even know who ?
"Its a dream." he said to himself n find Aarti looking him with concern.
"I'm fine" he told taking her in his arms n feel peace somehow. She close eyes and hold him back.

Morning..
On Breakfast table..
"Why are you not having your breakfast ?" Yash ask seeing Aarti's plate untouched.
"I'm not feeling good." She told in low voice so only he can hear her.
"Jaan I know you are angry on me but please at least have something." He say close to her ear, hold her hand under table as they both sitting together.
"Stop your fake concern drama." She pushed his hand away.
"I'm not feeling good so going to my room." She said stand up from her chair and headed toward her bedroom.
"Yash if she is not well then take her to some doctor." Suraj say, Yash nodded.
"I will see." Yash say getting up from his chair.
"Why can't you leave me alone." She hissed angrily, seeing Yash in room.
"You know I feel suffocate around you." She hold her head tired of fighting with him.
"Suffocate." He repeated not understanding her state of mind.
"Yes I just want to go away from you, far away from all this confusion, from this illusion that you are creating around me by showing all your fake concern, love drama." She sat down on floor holding her knees blubber to herself.
"Why its so difficult for you to trust me ?" He asked fearing that she will again leave him without telling anyone.
"Trust hmm this word sound like a joke to me now." She sadly laugh. He sat in front of her trying to study her behavior.
"Just for ones tell me why don't you believe in any emotions ?" He calmly question.
"You are asking this after yourself killing every single emotion inside." She stare him with wet eyes. He find her eyes questioning more then blaming him.
"Do you really think I can hurt you, do something that brought tears in your eyes ?" He wipe her tears, She nodded no.
"No my heart doesn't believe that my Yash can hurt me but my mind know you did not just hurt me but killed me that day." She moved away from him disgusted by just mere thought of that day.
"Which day ? What I did please tell me ?" He ask again.
"You are not strong enough to take the truth." She say getting up but he too stand and hold her. He so wanted to scream at her in demand of his answer but calmed himself know there is no use.
"How am I to understand you if you don't tell me Aarti. I want to know and let me die if that the case because its better I die after knowing everything then dying every second thinking about my past." his harsh voice make her anger and feel hurt as well.
"Leave me." She try to free her wrist from his iron like grip.
"Not before you answer me." He corner her to wall behind them, she try her best to push him with her both hands but unfortunately failed in front of his manly body.
"You care Aarti, you care for me except it or not but this is the truth." He said probably know she is not ready to tell anything, he know she care for him that's why she is not telling anything and who can know better then her about his health, somewhere he feel good that she cares but on same time he so wanted to know about their past.
"No." She shook her head without even looking him.
"Say the same looking into my eyes." He caresses her hair behind.
"I don't c." She eat the word as she glanced his brown eyes, he felt like he won the world when she didn't utter the word.
"I feel so good just because you didn't utter the care word, now I don't know how will I take the happiness if some day you confess your love to me and I know that day is not far away." He say & the smile on his face make her realize he is still passionate about her the same way he was when they were in college.
Downstairs..
Paridhi put dishes in the dishwasher and order their servant Gopi to clean them was about to move out when she find Yash there.
"Bhai do you want something ?" Paridhi ask seeing him in kitchen.
"No, I mean I'm leaving to office so." He stopped saying, she look at him confused.
"Please take care of Aarti and if possible have your lunch with her." He think a little then request her.
"I will bhai, you don't worry." Paridhi assured him.
"Thanks." He smile at her before leaving.

Office..
"First thing I have to do is checking that last file." Yash thought stepped out of his car.
Yash cabin..
"Gayatri Malhotra." The file fell from Yash hands when he read farther.
"Bhai I need your laptop sorry I just remind now that I did saved shah"s presentation in your laptop only." Prateek enter in Yash cabin but find Yash silent.
"What happen ?" Prateek ask moved close to him but step on file, picking up file he flip first page.

"Prateek Yash you both ?" Gayatri saw Yash and Prateek in SM its just a hour when they leave. Paridhi and Aarti too look both the brothers in confusion seeing them back home just in a hour.
"What is this ?" Gayatri ask as Prateek give a file in her hand. After reading the first line she turned to Yash.
"You want to know ?" She ask remind each n every days of her horrible life, her past. Yash nodded no headed toward her.
"No I don't want to ask anything which hurt my mother." He pulled file from her hands.
"I'm sorry maa I was the one who want to know everything so that I can punish that man." Prateek apologized feel guilty that he not think before which questions he is going to ask can hurt his mother.
"He is your father, Rajan Malhotra." Gayatri tears blurred her vision when she took Rajan name again after so many years. Yash tighten his fist hates the man who was the reason of his mother pain.
