that's what makes Eng fascinating to study! It can borrow words from any language and make it completely its own.

not quite the simple. If the word you make up is accepted by your speech community and widely used then of course it becomes a part of the vocabulary. That's why we have such varied versions of the language: American Eng, Canadian, British, Australian, Indian, we even have Namlish here 😆
